Alphacarhire Recensioni

We had a very positive experience with Alpha Carhire. It was easy to find the shuttle to take us from Sydney Domestic Airport to their office and the return trip was just as fast. The car was very clean and economical with petrol.

Easy check in,picked up from airport without delay, very good value for money.

Very efficient team.
Great price.
Easy to pick up and drop off the car

Great car and easy to hire !
Great value for money.

Easy and quick shuttle bus from airport to car

This company has mastered the art of client service. The staff understand the service they are offering and we're extremely professional.

Friendly and professional staff. Easy pickup and drop off.

Great Service at the Counter from the staff . The Car was well maintained and clean . The transfers were prompt.

We were involved in an accident that was not our fault. Communication from Alpha was poor and unresponsive. They have held $5000 of ours since the accident over 16 weeks ago. The responsible party was insured by GIO who were very helpful and have now advised me they have paid out Alpha for the claim 15 days ago, the car has been repaired and we still have not been refunded. Alpha did not communicate this to us and after I contacted them to request our refund they are still talking delays for processing our refund, even though they took our money immediately, accepted payment and cleared it within 24 hours from GIO - yet can’t give a clear timeline of when we will be refunded.

Great location, very close to airport. Very high quality car for hire, practically new.

Great value, efficient transfer and friendly staff! Highly recommended!!

Easy to book

You were great. Very helpful and kind. I will recommend you to all my friends.

Easy pickup and dropoff. Reasonable prices, good little car. No complaints.

Alpha Car Hire are good value for money, modern, well maintained vehicles, all within a convenient shuttle ride from Melbourne airport terminals.

Great value for money.

Renting a car with Alpha is seamless and straight forward. The pick up and return of the car was easy and the process was simple. Email notifications were on the dot, with complete information and instructions. The customer service hotlines were responsive too when we requested to be picked up from the airport. The people at the counter were attentive, honest and helpful! The car we used had no problems and everything went well during our visit to Australia, all thanks to the convenience given to us by Alpha!
