Wanted to replace my leisure battery in my campervan and to increase A/H. Received good sound information and advice from Alpha. I would advise anyone to seek advice before buying as I firmly believed I could just change from Lead Acid to AGM/GEL, the advice I received saved me money on my battery and the possibility of damage to my van system. Many thanks to sales staff, got a great battery at a great price delivered in 2 days and it is NCC approved. Thanks once again.George.

I rang alpha batteries for advice regarding a leisure battery for a caravan with motor mover. The required battery was identified together with the reasons why. I placed the order and it arrived the next morning. 2 days later I received a follow up call to confirm the battery had arrived and that I was satisfied. Great product and even better service.

Alpha Batteries company was very good and quick to respond and resolved my enquiry.
I order a new battery for my S class and been delivered next day. When my car has been checked in the garage they said you dont need new battery.
I contact them and explain the battery has been ordered in error and need to be reterned.
Next day i send the battery back and refund has been made straight away.Many thanks.

Looking on the internet last Friday for a car battery supplier in Rochdale, I was very fortunate to find Alpha, and decided to try the company. I'm so glad I did. They had a Lucas battery available, which is a brand I trust, at a very reasonable price and with free delivery. The only slight hiccup was when they sent me a DHL tracking number on the Monday, which was not recognised by DHL. On contacting Alpha about it, my query was dealt with promptly and courteously, explaining that as I was quite local to them they would deliver it themselves, which they duly did shortly afterwards. I'm more than happy to give Alpha my highest recommendation.

Very helpful on the phone when I asked about the different types of terminals fitted and the dimensions of the battery. The battery was delivered the next day. Great service , will recommend Alpha Batteries.

Bought a 200w solar panel, however it arrived next day damaged in transit , I phoned alpha batteries & spoke with Peter who said immediately he'd send another one with no quibble I said I would bring it myself I had a new one in the back of the car in no time at all, I was even given a £10 refund I would definitely buy from alpha again

The whole point of a website is eventually to have the goods in your hands at a time convenient to you. I have ordered twice from alpha batteries paying extra for next day delivery and twice they failed to deliver on the specified date. The first time it came the following day, this time as the following day is a Saturday no luck even contacting the courier until Monday morning. As time was of the essence I cancelled my order. This is where they made the extra star as they promptly offered a refund.
Some people may say it's the couriers fault but they are selected by the company and when you buy something you are buying the end to end experience.
In conclusion, easy to use website, staff are helpful but ultimately no product arrived.
