Ordered “genuine” Miele spare vacuum bag mount. Arrived broken with no evidence of it being genuine part. Subsequently ordered from Miele which came in bag with reference number and also number stamped on part which was not on the first one sent. I can only assume that the Allspares123 was not a genuine part. Money claimed back via credit card as no response to phone or emails

I ordered some hoover bags which never arrived. They took my money but have not responded to phone messages or emails. DO NOT USE

It seems this is a fraud. I never got a confirmation or invoice for the payment. There is no way to reach them. Other other shops run replicas of their website.

I ordered 2 parts for a Dyson vacuum cleaner using a stated part number cross referenced against the Dyson website to ensure correct fitment. The supplied part was incorrect. Parts were also advertised as being genuine Dyson parts which they were not.
Despite multiple efforts by email and phone to get a return shipment label for a refund (on basis of incorrect part and misrepresentation of being genuine) I have been ignored and am left over £50 out of pocket.
Avoid this company at all costs: they misrepresent and fail to follow their own return policy.

Same as all previous reviews. Luckily not a large amount of money was spent. Will check with bank to see if I can get a refund though. Avoid !!

Placed an order online for two boxes gloves.Have not received an acknowledgement & two weeks on still no delivery. Have lost count of telephone & email messages with no reply.Even tried to contact them through ebay with no response.Draw your own conclusions.

What a joke !!!

Similar dismal experience to the other reviewers. They take your money but never send the goods. No response to any emails or phone calls. Don’t place an order with these scammers unless you like having to do a chargeback on your card.

No option to leave 0 stars?? Bought a dishwasher part from them and although it was delivered it was not original SMEG as claimed and broke after a few weeks use. No response from Allspares so contacted Ebay and beware, Ebay took no action either!! Their moneyback guarantee is worthless.

Paid for 2 X 2 kg of 3xp protein which cost £41 including £5,99 postage. The account that I set up with them would not let me In with the password provided or after I managed to change it. Tried to get in touch with them and got no reply . This set alarm bells ringing and after reading all the reviews I realised that it is a SCAM and I have still not received any protein . I have sent emails and even rang the company but no reply at all. Started a refund application with my bank . AVOID this company at all costs. THIEVES !!!!!

Nightmare - takes ages for them to post the order, no communication, don't answer questions and haven't provided a Vat receipt even though they've charged it, which is illegal

WIsh I read the reviews. Likely to be a scam website. Ordered a part for nespresso on 7th feb, nothing heard. emailed and tried calling, no response. website needs to be shut down

Extremely shady. Ordered an item and received a confirmation, but nothing ever arrived. No response to enquiriews. Raised a refund by Paypal but they would only refund the item cost (which was cheap) but not the postage (which was relatively expensive.) Only lost a few pounds but don't make the same mistake I did.
