Vêtements de qualité et service client irréprochable j’ai acheté un trench et il était magnifique à la réception mais malheureusement j’ai commandé une taille trop grande et ça ne me flattait pas du tout. J’ai contacté le service client qui a été très réactif et à l’écoute , le ticket retour a été émis rapidement , donc je recommanderais à nouveau car les produits sont très originaux mais il y a tout un ensemble qui me donne envie de recommander chez eux 🥰

Antiquated Systems & Zero Customer Support
I’ve spent the last three weeks trying to get hold of the Dalby Slim Fit Biker Jacket in Oxblood, size 14. It’s been sold out online and in every concession, so I added myself to the notify list — not a single update since.
After chasing around, I finally located one at the Regent Street store. Great, right? Wrong. AllSaints informed me they can’t post it to me because their systems are too outdated to take payment remotely. In 2026, this is unbelievable.
I’m certainly not travelling all the way from Coventry to London just to collect a jacket that any modern retailer would be able to dispatch without issue. Really disappointed with the lack of flexibility, customer care, and basic retail capability.
I have had fantastic customer support in the past so I was disappointed that they couldn't help me.
AllSaints, please sort out your systems — customers shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to spend money with you.
At a premium price point of £349 this is a considered purchase for me!
