Christmas tree stand for artificial tree

Having had a clear out of my loft and thrown the original Christmas tree stand of our new last year Christmas tree I searched on line for a replacement. This company came up and we called them. We placed an order online after our telephone conversation on a Friday afternoon and the stand was with us on the Tuesday morning. Great service! Would definitely deal with this company again should the need arise.

excellent customer service

Although my product was unsuitable and had to be returned, I have to say the customer service was outstanding. I dealt with a lady called Janice who arranged a super fast hassle free refund. I would highly recommend.

One day late and a nuisance!

Delivery of our Christmas tree stand was a day late which in this case was a great nuisance. That said we were informed very efficiently and it did come late on time!

Laser light unit.

I was very impressed by the service with my order and the price I paid for the item considering I had seen it in some garden centres a lot dearer than what I paid even including the postage.
