Very obliging the day before Christmas Eve. A last minute appointment for ear problem. Very courteous even though I arrived late due to heavy traffic. I am sure all staff wanted to get home. I am grateful they waited for me with a smile.

A fantastically welcoming team
A fantastically welcoming team, I was made to feel very much at ease.
Dr Amelia Alifrangis was friendly and professional throughout. At no time did I feel hurried, and was given plenty of opportunity to talk and explain my symptoms.
Although further treatment was advised, I was put under no pressure to continue to use All Health Matters if I didn’t want to. A letter was written for me to forward to my NHS GP within an hour.
Brilliant service and well worth the cost, I thoroughly recommend.

Poor service
Poor service. I booked an ear micro-suction but when I arrived they said they had no record of my appointment. I pointed out that I had an email from them confirming my booking, and showed them the email on my phone as proof. But someone else had been booked into my appointment slot for a medical. They said they didn’t know how it happened. I was pretty annoyed because I wasted my morning travelling to and from a non-existent appointment.
However since then I’ve received an apology and an offer of a 10% discount on my next visit.

This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience and frustration this caused you.
