Safe, Fast and Efficient

From start to finish, the gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and allowed me and my family to feel safe first of all and complied to every step in the process of recovering, if any future recoveries I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and families ! Also very quick

Excellent service

Excellent service! Was stuck in the middle of no where and Allessexrecovery came to the rescue in no time, instantly knew I safe hands .. Would highly recommend! 😊

Paying this company was not straightforward.

On the positive side, the driver was very friendly and polite. On the negative side, (a) the driver wasn't able to attach the towing ring to the front of my car - in the end, I had to do it, which I thought was unprofessional; (b) the cost of the recovery was much higher than I imagined - their website quotes from £50, but it came out at over £200 incl. VAT (no receipt given), even though the distance wasn't that great; (c) I did not have the option of paying by card, hence they assumed I would pay via my phone, but I don't have the requisite app for this. As it turned out, I was able to withdraw cash from a nearby cash machine and pay the man; (d) the driver did not tell me at the outset either what the cost was likely to be, nor what form of payment was available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or, if you do, get this information at the beginning, so you know what you're dealing with.

Ali has been great

Ali has been great. He arrived on time and give me reassurance on the process. He gives great advice. I strongly recommend his services.

Phoned Essex Recovery

Phoned Essex Recovery, found them extremely helpful and available even at short notice. They provided an excellent service and would definately recommend.
