Terrible aftersales service for defective product. An Arena racesuit costing £230+ which was custom fitted in the store ripped badly like a pair of tights after just a couple of wears in spite of being carefully treated and stored. Allens insisted we had ripped the costume deliberately on something sharp which simply wasn't true but they refused to believe otherwise and argued relentlessly with me and my credit card provider to avoid providing any remedy and in fact wanted us to pay even more for them to make a repair. Thankfully the manufacturer has now come to the rescue given the unsatisfactory service from Allens so I'd avoid the hassle of purchasing from them as service only seems to be good if there are no quality issues.

Fantastic company to deal with. First order was a bit small but no problem whatsoever with return. They let me know when more were in stock even though I hadn't asked them to. Great swimsuit at very reasonable price, much cheaper than Amazon. Also good to use smaller, better company. Would certainly recommend and would use again

Excellent customer service, what a welcome change from the usual scripted rubbish I hear from other companies. I would recommend Allens to everyone. I wish I could buy everything I need from them.

This time, very disappointing. Very late shipment. Only after writing mails, it was finally shipped. Although it was comunicated an payed extra for fast shipping and delivery!!!! Then it was redirect, because of wrong destination sorting. Veeeerrrryyyy bed.

Not only was the customer service and quick delivery brilliant but it was so refreshing to be able to buy a Speedo kneeskin in a bigger size! It's often so difficult for curvy people to get decent sportswear so thank you for stocking the bigger sizes! You are definitely my go-to swimwear shop from now on!

Allen’s Customer Service were absolutely brilliant dealing with some faulty Speedo goggles. I tended to think it was more of a Speedo issue, however, Allen’s replaced them which I was very grateful for seeing as they were not cheap! I’ve shopped at Allen’s for a few years now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I needed a pair of replacement prescription googles that was stolen at the pool. The lens were in stock, but Danny followed up and let me know when they were. I wouldn't look anywhere else for purchasing any type of swim gear. Recommended

I have recently had my first and I'm pleased to say, excellent consumer experience ordering from this company. I found their range of womens' swimwear reasonably priced, a good variety of styles and brands, with honest pricing and free p and p charges including on returns. They also answered my query on swimsuits and sizing very quickly and comprehensively by email. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this retailer and I will certainly flag them up as my "go to" when looking to buy my swimsuits and swimming accessories again in the future. Finally, they were infinitely better to deal with than another online swimwear company I had the misfortune to deal with for the first - and last time - recently. well done Allens Swimwear!

I used to order from this company when I was younger (about 7 or so years ago) and the customer service was great back then. I made an order recently (May 21) and found that I had ordered slightly Incorrectly (sizing and goggles). I called up with a few questions and spoke to Martin, he stayed on the phone with me until all my questions were answered and even sent me links to other products he would recommend. I honestly cannot fault the amazing service that I was given today, and would 100% recommend these to anyone else.

Highly recommend, ordered on Sunday, my item arrived within 2 days, I selected 2nd class mail, they emailed me when they'd shipped it with tracking details. Item as described. Would definitely use them again :)
