We recently had a plunge pool installed by All Cast Plunge Pools and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
To be completely transparent, I went into the process with a few concerns. Installing a pool is a big investment and I’d heard plenty of stories about projects running over time, unexpected costs popping up, and communication becoming difficult once the contract is signed. I was also worried about how disruptive the installation might be and whether everything would be handled properly from start to finish.
Thankfully, the team at All Cast Plunge Pools completely put those concerns to rest.
From the very first conversation they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to walk us through the process, explain the options clearly and answer every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how transparent they were about timelines, installation steps and what to expect along the way.
Throughout the entire project the communication was excellent. We always knew what stage things were at, and the team kept us updated so there were no surprises. The installation itself was smooth and well organised, and it was obvious that everyone involved knew exactly what they were doing.
What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about making sure everything was done properly. If we had a question or needed clarification, they were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It never felt like we were “just another job”.
The finished plunge pool looks absolutely fantastic and has completely transformed our outdoor space. The quality of the product and workmanship is outstanding and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do.
