Great service, Ellie was really helpful when I had questions regarding a quick turn around time. The entire process from clicking on the website to receiving the order was quick and easy. Finally the quality of the hats were way better than I expected.

Firstly, your response is untrue,
The address you were given is the correct address,
The company that was there previously moved away five years ago, unfortunately your courier has not updated their records,
Regarding the delivery,
You think you are clever by stating you have proof of delivery, yes we had part of the delivery, as well you know, you have accepted there was a shortage on delivery and offered us a discount with no apologies whatsoever which we will not accept as you did not fulfil our order, we needed the order in fall to complete our obligations, we had 30% less delivered than we ordered and paid for in full.
Most companies would do the honourable thing by accepting and acknowledging their mistakes,
except the goods and do what most professional companies would do? refund in FULL.
Beware of this company just make sure you understand all conditions,
we wouldn’t want this to happen to anybody else,

This is the second delivery I've had from All branded with the first just being a test run on a few items. For both deliveries I've been really happy. The items are really good quality and look very professional while being fun. The service team, especially Ellie has been amazing and prompt when answering my endless queries on how the logo works and delivery ensuring the product got to me in a timely fashion with corresponding tracking information.

I can't recommend All Branded highly enough. Ellie was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent clarity on when our order would be fulfilled and when to expect it. She also helped us choose the right product to suit our company's needs.
