Poor service as it took 6 months to be told I was successful and only then was fee asked for. Unaware that my claim was successful, harassed by telephone and email daily after telling Allay I would have to check back 6 months of statements to to see if claim had been paid. Not impressed at all!!!

It's never good sharing your payout but if you don't have time Allay will help you claim your money effectively.

Never go near those! Useless. Received email after a 4 years on PPI claim which was supposedly strait forward but toke 4 years and still not resolved and finally received email stating basically they will not carry on with PPI as they would recommend their friends Firm Philip's something! Are you JOKE ??? OMG useless firm

well i dont know who these people are praising allay bunch of crooks total harrasment not only that your signiture appears by magic on there claim just enquire on line then these cowboys jump in take over claim then charge you and you know nothing about this goodnews is ive just got email actually it was in my junk box where it should remain. Rubbish company!!! At the start of the claim I was continously sent the same forms over and over which got very annoying very fast. Eventually to be told that I did have a claim (yay) this was 3 years ago. Once I was entitled to something the harassment suddenly stopped until today when they emailed to say they were stopping ppi claims. Needless to say I have unscubscribed so I never hear from them again. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone.

I have been harassed by Allay, bombarded with txt messages re debt. I have received no Money from them. I ended up just paying the £11.04 to which I was sent a receipt via PayPal. This has affected my mental health due to me having PTSD my anxiety was awful. I had replied to them asking what the debt was for only to receive no reply. The last message was referred to a debt collection agency CRS.CO.UK! I was then txt this will affect my Credit Score. I feel this company should be held accountable for there Unprofessionalism, and Harrasment of others. If you look on Money Forum Martin Lewis it tells u more about Allay! Never thought I would get anything back from PPI but was very impressed with how much money Allay claimed back for me. Very impressed

Absolutely appalling professionalism.
No receipts despite emailing them numerous times.
No reply emails threatening bailiffs but still not sending receipts for money received.They are just a front for bullies.
Do not use this company for anything.

Allay are a professional company with great communication. They sorted everything out, posted out the relevant documents and all you have to do is sign and send off.

Approached by Allay to check PPI to see if I can claim. Previously used another company who got nowhere. Easy to deal with, just filled in some forms, took a few calls and now have money back. Great service , thanks.
