Alkaline Way is the way!

The service, the products and the communication is PERFECT. An absolutely wonderful business and I take the capsules EVERYWHERE I go. It fills me with optimism and I can rely on a wonderful UK based company. I recommend it to my friends all the time! Alkaline Way is amazing and I hope it goes strength to strength as it deserves too!

The herbs are if high quality and trusted never had an issue when ordering any products with each product it tells you how to take what they are used for highly recommend this company

I have been using there Irish seamoss tablets for sometime now, they have been life changing for me, but besides the great product, alkaline way are quick to respond if you have any issues as a example I had a delivery go missing it did not reach me they did not hesitate to send me out another order.

I have been getting my seamoss capsules for about 2 years for help with my asthma. They are definately working, as my condition has improved markedly, even according to my GP. Prices are less than H&B but just as good. Good health shouldn't be out of anyone's price range and these certainly aren't. I have recently ordered milk thistle, which too is making a difference. Parcels always come on time with description of benefits. Thankyou 😁

I placed order on 15th July not received I have tried to make contact via email and webchat the phone is switched off. I have ordered in the pass and received my goods. This time the experience is very poor no customer service whatsoever. I now have to go through the tedious experience of contacting my bank to reclaim my refund.

Also delivery is super efficient! Mine have always arrived super quick.
Packaging seems like a top priority too, which is always a good thing!
Considering my orders usually consist of seamoss gel in a glass mason jar, nothing has ever arrived broken!

Ordered from them over a week ago for my mother who is suffering from a skin reaction to her cancer treatment. Paid for next day delivery. Have contacted them with no response. No product received.
Do not purchase from this company!!!

I ordered two weeks ago . My order not delivered and have sent 12 messages and no one has got back to me . Load of rubbish lost £52.60 . Be careful
