I do not recommend, I called to book a taxi, they did say there was gonna be a delay but I was okay with it, but I waited 1h for a ride then it felt like I waited to long so I had to call them up and when i called, all of a sudden there is no taxi available which wasted my time cause they never called me back I had to call them to see what's happing

Called 2 customer servicing ladies this morning to book a Sunday taxi for my elderly grandparents from the airport. 1st one put me on hold and hung up on me, she claimed I required an ACC claim number to continue. 2nd lady hung up on me once I asked if the driver would wait at the airport with a card for my grandparents. Terrible service- use Co Op taxis. Better service and sorted it within a 7min call

As an ACC client they do not prioritise you even if you make a booking time. They are not worth the mental stress when you already have physical stress.

Yesterday and today (Friday 10th November) I had a taxi booked for 4.25pm. I called them at 4.35pm to follow up on my taxis arrival, was place on hold for 5 mins then the contact center staff told me the taxi will be there in less the 10min.I got a call from the driver afterwards saying she would be 20mins late. The taxi was late 20min anyway and additional 20mins wait in total 40 mins. I was getting so stressed as i was in pain. I couldn't wait for any long as I already waited for long. I took uber and came home.

Ever since I am using this taxi services every other days it's the same story that I have to wait for the taxi.

On 20th of October I asked the telephone operator name grace for her to let her manager know about this issue and till date I haven't received any call back from the Manger to sort this out, they just dont even bother. When the taxis are late, they just don't seems to bother. But when customer will run late they will just wait for 10mins and leave. Because drivers saying they are not paid for waiting, but customer could wait for upto 1 whole hour.

This is not only one instance of incompetence from this taxi company. Almost 3 other occasions I have been told there are no drivers to pick me up and they dispatching the taxi now when customer calls to find out where the taxi is. 3 times by now i have taken uber back home because this taxi company downgraded my priority because they were picking up airline staff from the airport, even though I made the bookings 2 days before.

This taxi should just nicely give up ther ACC contract and should give my reimbursement for my uber rides. At we can count on uber.

Just an all round horrible experience dealing with this company. People do not need this stress when they are going through physical pain already .

Am pickup ( driver seiuli cab number 733) i went on to drop my kids to daycare but driver refused to drop me on the door and advised me to get off the other side of the road with a moon boot on and a cast on hand and and two toddlers, he asked me to cross the road.on the return trip he parked the car too far away from the gate that i had to walk all the way to his taxi which took me 10 minutes… crap service

Today (Monday, 9th October) I had a taxi booked for 10.20am on this morning to go to a doctor's appointment for 10.45. I got a call from the driver at 10.04 saying he was on the way but he asked me what time my appointment was. I told him it was at 10.45, not as if it should have mattered. I assume the driver took another job before coming to get me.

I went to wait outside at 10.20 knowing there was plenty of time until my appointment. At 10.42 I rang the driver to ask where he was, he said he was 2mins away. The driver did not arrive at my location until 10.48. I had to call the medical cente to cancel my appointment but I was still charged for it. I finally got ahold of the call centre manager and got an email address to forward my medical invoice to them. Who knows if or when they will pay this. I will take this to the disputes tribunal paying $90 just out of principle.

This is only one instance of incompetence from this taxi company. On 3 other occasions I have been told there are no drivers to pick me up from the supermarket even after I had made bookings the night before. I had to walk home from the supermarket with bags of food and a broken ankle because this taxi company downgraded my priority because they were picking up airline staff from the airport, even though I made the bookings the night before.
Give up your ACC contract and give my reimbursement back after making me miss my medical appointment! Many times they couldn't pick me up, even though I had a booked appointment.

Just an all round horrible experience dealing with this company. People do not need this stress when they are going through enough as it is.

I give it 1 for getting me from A to B. My GPS showed a big hold up on motorway and a far quicker alternative but cab driver didn't take that route and it was too late to correct him. It cost me nearly 3 times a normal fare and he wouldn't consider any discount for his mistake. Poor service Sidhu1 1!!

Poor service with useless drivers and useless operators call centre that has poor untrained staff

Alert taxis have robbed a 92 year old lady of happiness on her last Christmas on earth. I had a mobility van booked in for christmas day to bring my wheelchair bound mum home for Christmas. I rang every week for 5 weeks to ensure the booking would go ahead as requested. On Christmas morning I rang again to be told that they hadn't booked the van to bring her home. Every week when I rang to check on the booking I was told yes, it was all booked in mobility van for wheelchair bound person. I have no words for this experience and I have no idea how you people sleep at night knowing you ruined someone last Christmas on earth. May things rot and fall off you.

Not the best cab service I’ve tried. To be honest, it’s even the worst one. The driver was rude to me the entire trip and tried to overcharge for my ride. The only good thing was that they were the only cab available on a short call.

Worst Taxi company there call center is a bunch of 👎! Don't know why they say there one of New Zealand's largest taxi company waited for almost 2 hours for a car on a week day at 5pm operators saying they can't find a driver never will use this company again hopefully they shut them down

I had to give it 1 star as I couldn't give it zero. What a joke, I was sceptical from the beginning after reading the reviews and I should have went with my gut instinct. I booked this company over a week ago and contacted them twice to ask if my booking was secure as I had other connecting transport to catch, no reply!!!! I pre paid the fare online and have still not received anything from them apart from a "confirmed" when it was booked. I then decided to walk to the coach terminal with a 21kg suitcase, a hand luggage bag and an over the shoulder bag as I really couldn't trust another company. I am disgusted at this, clearly they are only interested in taking money off you, they don't even provide a service...never again!!!!!!! Please don't order a taxi with this company, they will take your money then leave you stranded. As a tourist it doesn't make New Zealand very appealing!!!!! I have unsuccessfully tried to get a refund, once by email and once by telephone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
