My four year old daughter needs injection every 2 weeks. Leandro is brilliant at putting her at ease. It's like welcoming a friend to the house.

9 times out of 10 we have Rose administer an injection for a son every 2 weeks, who is fabulous with him. We sometimes have other nurses, but are extremely happy with all their caring, friendly and professional attitudes. Been receiving care for some years now.

I get regular medication deliveries. I'm due one but haven't heard anything, This isn't the first time. I click on the Contact Us link on the Alcura website and it's a 404 not found...says it all really. When the system works properly it's basically OK but it just makes life more complicated when I used to just go to the local chemist. The NHS doesn't work properly at the moment and prescriptions aren't being renewed etc when they should so it's not all Alcra fault - but it doesn't make it any easier... ordering sharps bins etc is also far more complicated than it needs to be.

My nurse Rose is fantastic and I hope the head office will take a cue from her. I am completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.

I have been under Alcura for around 5 years. I have Laura and Fiona as my main nurse however, I have had other nurses and all have been wonderful. Extremely proffesional, organised and a pleasure to be around. No problems with the service at all.

Edit: so i hot my message so late the night before, about 10.30pm, which i wasmt expecting it so late but better late than never. I was given deliver time of between 12.55pm-14.55 and they arrived at 13.35 so i was super happy with that. I have changed star rating due to this but I still think delivery time should be messaged earlier than 10.30pm at night.
I'm supposed to get a message the night before my delivery telling me a time slot when my medication is being delivered but, once again, no message. Fed up with this company expecting me to just sit in all day on my day off, waiting for them to deliver. Refuse to put in my parcel box too. Absolute joke.

My nurse Michelle Flynn (Shelley) was amazing found out more today about my migraines than I have in 8 years. Michelle was very calming for myself as im nervous and not the best at having injections, but my son was able to administer my injection with the guidance of shelly very professional and went very smoothly and I'm now confident enough to do this every month thanks to shelly.

Had the first delivery of my new injection last week and it was incredibly professional and secure. The next day one of the nurses, the amazing Michelle (Shelley) Flynn, came out to talk us through everything and show me and my mum how to do the injection. I was absolutely terrified beforehand and expected my mum to have to do the monthly injections, but thanks to Shelley i was confident enough to try it myself and I'll be happy to keep doing it going forward. I can't imagine anyone else but Shelley, with her calming attitude and helpful suggestions and explanations, would have been able to make me feel able to try the injection myself.

Great service from Alcura for my immunotherapy treatment. Reliable staff, very professional and always helpful. Especially my regular nurse Paul. Thanks Alcura.

Nurse Leandro Lopes is absolutely brilliant! He comes fortnightly to give injections to my 2 boys and is always so accommodating, friendly and professional. We've also seen Nurse Mario a few times and think he is a great nurse. We are very satisfied with the service and our overall experience has been nothing but positive!

Our experience with the service has been disappointing. The nurses frequently do not arrive at the agreed times or even on the scheduled days, which has required us to constantly adjust our plans. We have been addressing these issues with customer service for over three years. Fortunately, we may soon be able to self-administer, which would eliminate the need for further reliance on this awful service.

We were dubious about having a nurse do home visits for our little boy, but nurse Naomi has been amazing. She completely puts us and our toddler at ease. She's been a pleasure to talk to and we feel lucky to have such a lovely nurse.

Nurse Naomi is fantastic - honestly couldnt ask for anyone better. She comes to the house every 2 weeks to give my toddler his jab. She also patiently and methodically trained us up so that we can self administrator while she is away or we are away etc. She is organized, punctual and extremely reliable. Naomi is personable, calm and professional which makes a potentially stressful process feel relaxed and controlled. My toddler even likes her despite the fact that she pokes him with a needle every time we see her. Thanks for all that you do for our family, Naomi!

Very pleasant & friendly guy who made the whole procedure very straight forward and uncomplicated.

Really friendly nurses, great communicating between them and parents and always work around parents schedules when able.

Lovely nurse always happy/talkative
Talks through everything shes doing making sure your at ease. Attitude is always happy and positive and i couldn’t ask for a better nurse 🙂

John came out to our house today to show us how to use our daughters new medication. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Also, reassuring to know we can call for any help we may need going forward with the medication. Thanks John.
