Well organised and efficient service, good communication from Alcura office staff and nurses.

Sarah was very professional and supportive – her training was thorough and clear and left me feeling confident to proceed on my own.

Sheetal one of the alcura healthcare nurses, has since mid October 2025 been training, guiding, and supporting me as i begun a new treatment medication of skyrizi to help preserve my large bowel.

We had our final interaction engagement a few days ago.

She is a true credit to your company and to herself also, lovely lady.

I was apprehensive about injecting myself with the drug but Alison made the whole process easy and I feel confident that I will be able to do this myself without any problems. It is also comforting to know that I have a phone number that I can ring if I need any assistance in the future. Good experience all round.

Michelle Flynn has been coming to see me to do my injections and she is kind patient and extremely caring ! She always keeps in touch coming up to your appointment and makes sure you know what’s happening ! ⭐️

I had a home visit from the lovely frill nurse, Michelle Flynn, today. She explained everything really clearly and ensured that I knew exactly how to administer the injection. Michelle also chatted away and helped me to relax too, something I’m not good at usually!

Had a 2nd nurse visit for my son as he was still a bit unsure on administrating his injection. Shelley Flynn came out to see us and was exceptional. She was so respectful and patient, even using a 'practice pen' to go through the motions of my son using the actual injection pen. Her attention to cleanliness was good to see also- washing her hands and wiping down all equipment before and after using it. Nothing was too much trouble and no question too daft. She really took her time with us and my son felt much more confident afterwards.

I had a lovely nurse called sarah who came to my house today to explain and show me how to use my injection.
She was very friendly and caring and explained everything I needed to know.

I was apprehensive about starting the treatment but Sheetal explained everything clearly. She was friendly, caring and helpful and Im confident now that I will be able to manage the injections on my own without any problems.

Totally hopeless. Between whinging about Saturday deliveries (I work full time) and five hour delivery windows, I dread having to deal with them. Currently they failed to deliver on Saturday but I had to phone to find out, and it was rebooked for Tuesday but no, it’s today. I wish this was an isolated incident.

Fantastic care from start to finish every time my nurse, Silvana, visits me at home. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m ok, not just whilst having my treatment but with everything.
Silvana is professional, friendly, patient, very helpful and set’s the standard of care and nursing exceptionally high, and has become a regular part of my life with ease. I am lucky to the best nurse, thank you Silvana!

The process from the start was professional and easy. Communication was excellent. Sarah provided comprehensive training and took time to ensure my understanding with opportunities throughout for any questions I had. Following the home training visit I felt competent to administer the self injections.

HOPE FOR IMPROVEMENT

Sheetal was very informative and kind when she made the visit.

Excellent communication throughout delivery. The nurse was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the experience. Would recommend.

My medication was delivered on time and packaged really well. The courier text to say he was on his way and rang when he was at my door.
Shelley Flynn the nurse, came out to show me how to give myself the medication and she was amazing. She explained and demonstrated everything clearly and made me feel really comfortable doing it on my own. She was so friendly and patient, which made the whole process a lot less scary.

Sheetal was so kind and immediately put me at ease. She was so clear and made the whole process very stress free for me.

A number of times ive had problems with them delivering medication and now they have messed up again
Putting the wrong address down on a delivery which when ive spoke to them about you end up waiting in a que on the phone which then they aak ypu to request a call back and they have taken over 4 hours to return a call.
There staff generally are plesent until you ask to speak to a manager they then become quite rude and abrupt.

Alcura contacted me quickly after my referral, provided the medicine on time. The Alcura nurse visited my home and fully explained how to administer my injections. Very satisfied with the service provided by Alcura.
