Poor service
Ordered on the 6th of June, and have not received anything from the business. After trying to contact several times I still haven’t gotten a reply. Money had been taken out of my account on the day of Order and yet still nothing. Very disappointing.

Excellent service. Goods dispatched in Melbourne on Tuesday and delivered in Sydney Wednesday without charge. Product (Kia roof bars) were exactly as described, fit well and no hassles installing. Cheaper than buying from my local Kia dealer.

Good service
Good service, delivery was a bit slow, product came in a box which was squashed on arrival, had no other protection around it except a plastic bag, poor packaging, product was alright.
Product was in working condition.

My experience was very satisfying
I just bought new front wiper blades. The wipers were promoted as genuine and at a low cost. The wipers arrived as promised and in a reasonable amount of time. My experience was very satisfying because of the excellent communication, eagerness to provide high-quality customer service.
