I had a great experience at this dealership. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions without pressuring me into a purchase. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and I found the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The only downside was that the financing process took a bit longer than expected

The part was perfect and at a good price. It arrived quickly, too!
The only recommendation I'd make is to send an order confirmation when the order is placed. I didn't get one and, not knowing the Alan Mance name, spent a couple of days wondering if I'd been scammed.

Good competitive prices and quick delivery

I ordered the part on 11 August but still tracking shows nothing. Sent 3 email s but no response, called parts , declined. I hope someone is taking action to provide me with some information about my order status. Cheers

Parts cane really quick & fit perfectly.
I was a little unsure when I received a status update as delivered but only delivered to Melbourne Airport.

Didn’t receive order confirmation until 6 days after purchase. I was advised staff illness caused delays. I had to follow up the order to ensure it was shipped.

I have returned the car mats as they didn’t fit. I’ve sent you an email regarding same. The label on the package says it’s fits my electric Kona but it doesn’t as you can see from the picture in the email. If you have the right mats please resend, if you don’t please refund

I received my car mats quickly however they were not suitable for my vehicle. I have been unable to arrange for return and refund after contacting 3 times by phone and email.

Quick delivery for good quality products

Parts people were great to deal with- and arranged quick delivery. Parts were not easy to find as well!

Ordered item online with inventory showing one available, received confirmation and copy of invoice via email.

One week goes and I wonder what happened to the order, to my surprise a credit has been applied to the credit card to the full purchase amount, I take it the order got cancelled.

One star rating given due to no communication as to why the order was cancelled and why put up an item for sale online showing stock availability and then not actually complete the job.

Quick delivery, correct product that was hard to find.

They were able to meet my request, and delivery was second to none.
