I ordered the package directly from their website, but they used Amazon to handle the delivery, and Amazon lost it. Amazon is now directing me back to the shop to resolve the issue, but Aksoy is not responding to my emails.
Very frustrating experience. The website clearly states delivery to all UK mainland and across Europe, yet after spending nearly an hour selecting items and another 30 minutes waiting for a solution from their team , I was told they don’t deliver to my postcode. That’s directly contradictory and a complete waste of time. If there are exclusions, they need to be clearly stated upfront rather than misleading customers. Poor communication and not a service I’d trust to use again.
AkksoyUK used Parcelforce probably because it is cheap.
They only came once...didn't contact the neighbour .I arranged a redelivery at a Post Office abc received an email pickup notification.Went yo the post office to ginc mo parcel.
Many long long waits on the telephone.Parcelforce is trying to find my parcel.
Good price, fast dispatch, well-packed goods, good product quality.
They didn't deliver at all. Never got back to me with any explanation. They booked the money from my account however. This is wrongful behaviour. Can't recommend to anyone.

Same one I other from Google sane company was Half of them are empty and not so good quality. I don't know why, but with the same company different quality.
Bought a wrong product, impossible to get in touch and cancel it before it get shipped. Nobody picks the phone, nobody answers emails, nobody answers Facebook account, the page for returning form leads to 404. Live chat? Probably removed from the page ages ago... The product is on the way and I see no way of returning it. I saved the Returning T&Cs for a dispute.
