Highly professional and experienced solicitor
I have a wonderful experience with Ashley James Solicitors. I am thankful to Neelam Mall who is extremely professional and

Overall very good service
Overall very good service, with the solicitor on top of things. Only complaint was that the property being sold wasn't our home address, and documentation was sent to the property instead of us. They apologised, but then did it again.

Ashley James Conveyancing
While I would give 5 stars for the actual conveyancing handled 2 years ago (in 2019) , I found that follow up emails (in 2021) were not responded to in an acceptable manner (they were basically ignored). Ashley James have apologised for this and I hope in future that they do respond to other peoples queries in a far better fashion.

The service they offer is excellent! Smooth process from start to finish as they continously update me where I am in the process of buying my property and what to expect next. All the staff are very helpful and ready to answer all my questions. I will use them again in the future.
