I have had the worst experience with this store. I ordered some headphones and they stated that they had been delivered when they were still in transit. Then, I did not even receive my parcel as it was not delivered to the correct address. When asking who I can complain to their customer service, there was no option to do so. They just push back my queries and blame it all onto the posting and think that it is not their issue. Very unprofessional.

I like how the headphones came really quick but it just wasn’t to my liking as it was too big so I requested a refund.

Ordered these for my son who was desperate for a pair of Apple ones and a friend recommended us to this site.

He was overwhelmed when he opened them o his 10th Birthday. Would highly recommend them and the design and comfort on the ears are amazing.
