This company is a scam. I brought some headphones and they were broken, scuffed and warped so the headphones didn’t sit on my ears.

I asked to replace them and they said they would ONLY if I came on here and gave a 5* review. I mentioned I didn’t have a 5* experience and I didn’t want to lie.

So here I am £45 out of pocket so hopefully you don’t waste your money too.

My headphones do not charge, I have bought this up to the company and they have said they are sending me a new pair to replace, good services.

Product arrived and had a small fault with one of the buttons, which wasn’t working correctly. The issue was quickly resolved and I have been advised that a new replacement product will be dispatched the next day. Other than the faulty button, the product is a good quality and the sound is brilliant. My daughter is very happy with the product which is much cheaper than other brands on the market. Customer service has been excellent.

Purchased a pair of Wireless headphones Air Max in the UK, that I didn't like and was taken aback to find out the returns address was in France. After paying for the return, the courier could not find the address (I've confirmed a couple times over email with them that the address I put on the shipment was correct) so I had to take them back

Great comfort and volume but broke after a couple hours… would not recommend

Nice looking watch but mine was faulty, I contacted customer service and got prompt reply to my email. Customer service asked me to send video of faulty watch and now they have told me they will send me a replacement tomorrow. Overall a good experience.

Great customer service. Bought these for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them. She said they are comfortable and the sound is great. Yesterday we had an issue with loosing sound on one side. Emailed the customer service and they responded straight away and replacing the headset :)

I purchased airwatch pro for my wife and it had a couple of faults with the fitness tracker element of the watch. The build quality was great and looked very well designed, however, i emailed airwatch and they responded very quickly and promised to resolve the issues. I have received further communication today to say they are sending me a new watch free of charge. Thats great service! I look forward to receiving my replacement
