So first of all hello to whomever reads this ,let's get through this, when I want to buy a gun again it would not be through these guys worst return policy ever. I literally test fired the gun didn't want it and they would not return it. I went in there with legitimate questions about airsoft and was inquiring about some decent guns but they just shove there mayo gang garbage down your throat I get that they are circle jerking each other over there and need to make a sale that's why he offered me store credit but not a return they just want to keep that sale locked in . Lost another customer to evike and I'II be referring everybody I know else where . Oh yeah value not really seeing it here you got to be able to actually get a hold of someone on the phone if not drive an hour in traffic just for them to tell you they won't return it when they could have told me this over the phone but 10 calls later and two messages with return number no contact whatsoever is just poor customer service . Oh yeah if you do have to buy a gun from them and for some reason need to return it just tell them it's unused brand new no shots fired . Hope this helps someone have a good one.

They hide negative reviews and wont publish negative reviews of products. I've tried to warn other customers multiple times by reviewing bad products and airsoft gi wont publish them, they will only publish positive reviews. Really scummy way to do business.

Ürün genel olarak iş görür durumda geldi, ancak küçük kalite sorunları vardı ve paketten eksik parça çıkması moral bozdu. Neyse ki müşteri hizmetleri hızlı cevap verdi ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştı, fakat çözüm süreci yine de gereğinden yavaştı.Kargo süresi de ortalamaydı; çok gecikmedi ama rakip sitelere kıyasla biraz daha pahalı ve yavaş. Ürün çeşitliliği güzel, fiyatlar ise bazen biraz yüksek kalıyor.Kısacası:Ne tamamen memnun kaldım, ne de pişman oldum. Biraz daha düzen ve daha iyi kalite kontrolüyle rahatlıkla 4–5 yıldızı hak edebilirlerdi. Şimdilik 3 yıldız bence adil.

I recently purchased an item that was damaged upon receiving it. The "customer service" repeatedly spoke down to me saying it was my fault and that I didn't install it properly (I have been doing this for years.) After days of back and forth with the extremely demeaning customer service, I was told (I have screenshots of all emails if anyone cares to see) that they would be providing a replacement. About two hours later I received an email stating that they actually "decided not to" because it was the customer's (me) fault. I am absolutely appalled by their customer service and how they handled this situation over a 40$ item. I would NEVER recommend ordering ANYTHING from this company. Absolute joke. If one person reads this and avoids them, I will be happy to know I saved at least somebody from dealing with these scam artists.

You guys always helpful and their products are always good

I did not buy any of the faster shipping. It did come in a somewhat tumley manner and airsoft gi gave continuous updates. Great experience.

Received my package and the gear was as advertised. Can't wait to use it on a field.

Ordered from U.K. (which has specific airsoft requirements) so always a little hesitant when ordering from another country.

Got a good deal on several items now, and they've all arrived in great shape. Shipping is slow compared to today's standard, and i wish the website would use more than 1 photo per item, but it's all great quality at competitive prices.

They really outdid themselves and always answered when I had questions about my item. Fast service normal shipping! Would buy again.

These guys will not answer the phones. They rarely answer emails. We requested to cancel an order well before it was shipped out. We were ignored and it was shipped anyway. Every attempt we've made to contact them to return the items since has been futile. They don't respond to emails or answer phones and just ignore you. I'd stay away!

Really quick shipping to Hawaii from California. Easy to use and simple!

I want to know a thing and after this i wilk recomand it, does it comes in europe? Specialy in romania, if yes i will give it a try amd i will chanve my review if it need it

Slide release came broken

Magazine was defective out of the box. No one answers the customer service number. A warranty claim has been filled and a lame email reply-question of “have you purged the mag and refill?”

Reasonably fast shipping, all items were shipped safe and secure. Its awesome that they sent an email to check if I received my package.

Got what I paid for, nothing was damaged.

Package came on time with everything I ordered. Great guns and great deals!
