THIEVES.
Collected car from Gatwick to find our phone-charger had been replaced with a much cheaper one!

Rude, interrupting & ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude from employee’s when calling to enquire about it whilst sat in Gatwick. They then blocked my phone number, presumably because they are thieves?

Awful service from start to finish - took 7missed calls to them to pick up the phone when enroute dropping car off too!

Took my money but i had no confirmation email so no number to call when arrive at Gatwick, so I emailed 5 times with one reply, which didn’t make sense. On phoning it rang out and said mailbox was full.
Now seeing these reviews I may just take the loss…. We leave in 4 days.

DO NOT USE THIS PARKING COMPANY! We waited over an hour and half for our car, another person with the same company had waited 2 hours and there were 2 other couples still waiting for over an hour and a half as well. When one lady phoned to find put where their car was she was called "f***ing b****". Horrible service, nasty people.

When I booked on the site the day jumped forward when I paid by one, emailed 4 times no reply tried calling the number went to answer service that says mailbox full, tried again a month later a woman answered the phone and as I began to explain she cut me off I tried calling back but it had been switched to answer service mailbox full DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT book with this company!! I got there and it was literally a woman in a shed asking me to sign a document agreeing that they wouldn't be held responsible for any damage to my car whilst I left it with them. No, thank you! I asked to cancel my booking and was given an email address which ultimately lead nowhere ...so that's money I won't be getting back. Absolutely avoid this place!!

UPDATE: I have been contacted by Gatwick again asking me to put in a complaint to Trading Standards for the Gatwick area. So if anyone else has been scammed can you do this also.
UPDATE. I have spoken to Gatwick Airport Customer Services, they have never heard of this firm and have no evidence of them operating out of the airport. Wondering if they have friends who write reviews??

I have just made a double booking with this company. I have paid in full. Have had no confirmation of the bookimg at all. When I paid I was just sent back to the Airport Parking website with no booking number no confirmation just a success page??? No email. Has any one else had this problem. It looks a professional service from the website and now ive read the reviews. We are travelling with a one year old baby at 3.30 in the morning. I cant have the stress of this. Can anyone let me know if this has happened to them. I need to report them quickly if this is a scam.

I have lost my money. I have booked my parking in Gatwick north but unfortunately there's no one there to pick up my car. I phoned them 10 times and left messages nobody came to meet me .I was frustrated and disappointed on that day. Then I drove my car 3 miles from the airport to park my car.I will never use this company again (airport parking spaces) they are fake. I have sent emails to refund my money but no reply.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. WHAT LOW LIVES. Had to struggle over to long stay car park and I’ve just paid a further £273.00 at long stay because I obviously didn’t have time to book on line. This company take your money and don’t answer their phones don’t answer their text messages, don’t answer their emails. Upsetting and very stressful. STAY WELL AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

Shocking, didn’t answer phone didn’t turn up and basically robbed me of £65.
Steer clear, don’t go near, what a bunch of low life’s.

The most untrustworthy company I have the misfortune of dealing with. Phoned 27 times to try and get my car back. £20 to £30 worth of coins stolen from the car. I will never use these people again

I had to put one star to write the review. This is the worst parking company EVER!! Late on arrival, fees to get out of the car park but then the best is yet to come. Flight lands 5.15pm and leave car park at 7.45pm. Apparently the car had a flat battery, one the battery was brand new and two they were so good they managed to reset the clock for me and 5 minutes ahead of time just like I set it. Amazing isn’t it !!!! Liars, rude, hung up on me. Don’t use these muppets PLEASE!! Oh one more thing at 7.15pm “I’m five minutes away”. Jokers

Worst company ever. I called them early morning that I will return earlier than expected return. They told me to call when I arrive. When my plane landed I called them again and they told me to come to car park 6 level 5. I called them again when I was at the car park and they denied everything and told me that your return date is not today and we need 1 to 2 hours to bring your car. I waited and called them around 20 times and every time they gave me different excuses and different staff was answering. At the end they brought the car after 4 hours of waiting and I was with my wife and 2 kids and they were so tired as they brought the car around 4 am. I Do not recommend this company as the staff was very rude and lied all the time.

It transpires that the damage to my vehicle wiring was carried out by rodents whilst parked at your facility.

Can you advise what your insurance coverage is regarding this?

Can you also advise where my vehicle was parked? The car was covered in tree 'mess' and a large amount of leafs in all the air vents and bonnet inlet areas.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Unreliable and extorted extra money. Called as requested when we were 30 min away on arrival no one was there to take they keys. Called again and they demanded an extra £10 in cash or refused to pick up. Picked up 20 min late. On return they said to meet at half past and again left us waiting.

If there was a no star option I would have selected it.
I paid for a service which was not provided on the day. I was forced to go to another provider at the last minute
All efforts to get my money back have failed
They don’t answer emails or the phone and their voicemail box is full so you can’t even leave a message
AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS

If there is anything lower than 1 star, I would have given this company and I will sincerely ask travellers to stay away from this company I have learnt the hard way.

When my car was dropped back to me, the driver quickly disappeared and it’s only now I know why because you are supposed to check the car and sign a paperwork.

When I tried to start my car, it will not start and we had to spend more than two and half hours at Heathrow Airport car park. The staff were not helpful at all and because you are so tired coming back from holiday, you will not be thinking and not know the extent of any damage to your car.

There at the car park, my car was showing “check hybrid system”. It has now been confirmed that my hybrid battery is faulty and that it will cost me about £1500. I paid for excess airport ticket for my car and their own recovery vehicle, bought a new battery believing it was the battery, got a parking fine trying to sort out my car. All in all, a bill of almost £2000 because I have the misfortune of choosing this company to park at the airport.

Please stay away from them. I wished I had read their review before using them.

I normally try to be polite about businesses but dropping off my car I rang as instructed 30 mins before arrival. I was told to ring again on arrival and then had to wait a good while until someone arrived to collect my car. The driver was not only very rude and unwelcoming but I was also surprised to have to pay for parking. On my return I was told to ring on landing. I did this and was told to ring again after passing through baggage collection and that my car would be 25-35 minutes. To be honest this is not what one pays for with valet parking and I cannot recommend this business. Ironically I am still waiting for my car. Will it in fact turn up?

Poor communication and rude. Not helpful at all. Very over priced considering the quality of service.

My car war picked up by a very rude and unprofessional person. I had RWC the small print and knew that the would expect £5. When I offered them £10 and asked for chance, a very rude member of staff then started counting out coins into my hand, he was also an absolute liar or lacking the maths skills of a 6 year old. He offereref me £2:28 as change from £10:00

To be honest, I spent 2 weeks worrying if I’d see my car again. Pretty terrible way to spend my time.

I had to leave work and drive to the airport as quickly as possible, unfortunately for me, I didn’t have the time to remove all belongings from my car. I just assumed that they would be safe.

My timberland boots were stolen from my car.
It was evident that other parts of my car were searched during the time they had my car in their possession.

This experience has totally put me off using a meet and greet service ever again. Called on arrival but took them at least another 40 mins to turn up with our car. Always always check your car! I always hope that people own up to accidents.. it was dark we were tired .. this morning discovered a big dent in the rear side panel of my car just below the petrol cap. Now as I filled up my car the night before we went to the airport I know that dent and scrape across my paint work was not there. Did they own up to reversing my car into most likely a bollard?? Of course not ! Use this company at your own risk! We never will again and neither will anyone we know .. not trust worthy
