Took over an hour to return our car. It wasn't because they were busy - another couple who arrived about 30 mins after us got their car first.

Completely mismanaged the return - never again

This is the first time I have used this company but I will certainly use them again. Drop Off and Collection of my car was simple and the staff who I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Absolute SCAM!! Rang 20 minutes before we got there. To be told this company isn't opperating over summer. (Why take a booking??!!!) M90 Manchester don't use them either. Charged us 80 pounds to take our car away they were in link with this company. We had no choice as we needed to catch our flight. They said they have charged this company and we will get a refund. We cant get hold of parking essentials and the whole thing has been a complete joke!!! Please just pay a bit extra and get a better company 😭

Returned the car to me damaged with a scratch along the side door. Knowing accidents happen I have given them time but after repeated emails and calls all I have received is an email asking for photos, photos sent over a week ago and still no response. 3 weeks now since my visit. Would not recommend

Awful service..
Day of departure from Heathrow we tried to call the number to let them know we 20 minutes away and all we could get was a mailbox full message!! had to call the sales number in the end to get in contact with them.
We waited in short term for them and we ended up paying for the delay in car parking charges!!

On arrival back to Heathrow, we phoned them to let them know we were at the baggage collection and that we would be out in 20 minutes. We were told to go to Level 5 which is departures and clearly states no pick up or waiting.. We waited over an hour for our car, phoned them 3 times to find out what was happening and the guy hung up on us.
Eventually our car arrived and we asked the driver what the delay was and got a short answer back from him and he left.
They are rude and the service is horrendous. Won't be using again.

I bought meet and greet parking for Heathrow Terminal 5 from Airport Parking Essentials. The service was provided by 'OneStop Parking'. On calling them prior to arrival the instructions for leaving our car changed. We were told to take our car to the 'passenger drop-off' area rather than the meet and greet area in the short stay car park. We were also told to use the passenger drop-off area when picking up the car. OneStop are obviously deliberately avoiding charges associated with using the designated meet and greet area, and more importantly, this is contrary to the rules of using the passenger drop-off area at Terminal 5.
Also, OneStop tried to charge me £20 for an extra day when our in-bound flight was cancelled. The instructions from Airport Parking Essentials say £10 per day for a delay. When questioned, OneStop agreed £10 was appropriate. Getting a reciept from the chauffeur was difficult, and when a friend asked for a reciept for his extra payment the chauffeur became angry.
I will not be using OneStop again, and am doubtful I will use Airport Parking Essentials again.

Really good service just wish they had informed us that they would be just over an hour before the car could be collected when we called to confirm we were ready, could of gone and got a cup of coffee rather than standing in the car park

Horrific!!
Rang 30 minutes prior to my meet and greet via OneStop at Heathrow T4 and we were still waiting for the driver to collect my car an hour later.
En route back we rang when we had collected our bags and were told it would be 20 minutes or so. Another hour waiting outside for the car.
When it turned up it was clear it had been parked in a field as filthy dirty outside and inside.
I mailed airport parking essentials 4 times expressing concern post the late meet and greet and have heard nothing back.
Do not use!!

Absolutely horrendous service!!

I nearly missed my flight as they arrived one hour late!

Then they askd me for £15 cash on my arrival to collect my car due to 'late fees'. When i explained that i had no money, they left me with the ticket for the car park (which i was expected to pay for!!). I had to then negotiate my way out of the car park!!!!
This was a distressing experience and they are not a serious, professional company. Seems like two guys running this company out of their house!!!

I did have a short wait on arrival maybe 30 mins and again when I collected the car maybe 15-20 mins but overall was happy with the service provided and the cost. Travelled from Heathrow.

Never use this website! I used them to park at Heathrow. We rang half an hour before arrival - they asked us to wait at pick up rather than level 4 of the car park and said someone would be waiting for us there. We arrived 20 minutes later and after repeated calls and them saying the driver was on the way we had to give up and find alternative parking. It was so late that we ended up in the short term car park!! The driver did arrive over half an hour after our arrival which was too late. They have reimbursed me the money I paid through them but are not interested and don't seem to care what happened to us!! NEVER USE THEM

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want good, reliable service! I was not given the correct telephone number to call ahead, luckily I arrived at the airport in plenty of time so called again and again until I reached someone who said they would dispatch a driver straight away. I waited by my car, making 2 subsequent phone calls during the 1 hr 15 mins I waited, always being assured a driver was on his way, but they never turned up and I ended up rushing around trying to find a cash machine to pay cash to another company who fortunately were able to park my car for me, just in time for me to run to my flight and catch it in a stressed and significantly out of pocket state! I emailed the head office for a refund and received no reply.

Appalling service. Waited an hour for my car to be returned after calling. Was repeatedly told that it “would be 10 mins” by the office and given conflicting information about pick up/delivery area.
I will walk to the airport with my bags before I use this company again.

Dreadful. Only after booking did the confirmation state that the company was One Stop Parking. The email said to call half an hour before arrival at the airport. No answer. We parked where the email told us to and once I finally got through I was told to move my car from the car park (after paying for exit) to meet the driver at passenger drop off. The driver finally arrived an hour later than agreed so we nearly missed our flight. On our return, they promise to arrive withing 15 minutes but we had to wait 45, with numerous calls and promises that there is traffic and they are a few minutes away (rubbish). Terrible service, avoid at all costs!!

These guys also trade as fly park plus. Stupidly they have spammed me using the name of this new ‘brand’. See reports on trust pilot for fly park plus Uk ( not the New Zealand company)

Avoid this company like the plague. Cowboy service. If you book a meet and greet you won’t be met and you certainly won’t be greeted.

I was promised a refund and eventually had to ask my credit card company for a charge back

Had to wait on arrival at Luton even after calling 20 mins away from airport.

Had to wait 25 mins on return to Luton.

Strongly dislike the £4 charge payable by the customer to exit the car park. This was not made clear on booking.

I will not use them again.
