My experience on Airliners.net has been extremely disappointing. Instead of feeling part of an aviation community, I ended up dealing with bullying from screeners and other members. When I tried to defend myself, I was given a one‑week ban with no proper explanation. The moderation feels one‑sided, and the environment is far from welcoming. A forum should protect its users, not punish them for speaking up.
Szabo Gabor is a bully and will deliberately block you from the website. Change your password and keep deleting any photos you have uploaded for any minor issue that happened a long time ago. He will continue to bully you and make life difficult for you until you leave. The website has gone to the dogs and I will be going elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
Used to be a great site, but new management is killing it. The forums are horrible. Moderators delete posts left and right for no reason and provide no explanation when asked. Its just a waste of time.
Scumbag moderation whom allow slander without court proof or the profession to ask a response to any complaints.
I’m in the process of taking them to court and having their website shut down.

If you intend to submit photos on this site, watch out for Szabo Gabor, a Head screener if you don't do what he tells you to do, he can swear at you and disable your account!!!!!
Excellent for photos but the forums are horribly managed. The moderation practices are inconsistent and bias for many. I see folks getting posts deleted, written up for "violations" and other such nonsense that seem completely innocent. I belonged to the site many years ago and after recently retiring decided to visit again. After a couple months of observing it's nothing like it used to be. Complete train wreck of a place.
