Shop with confidence .
Great service and fast dispatch of a Portuguese Flannel shirt .
Unfortunately, the manufacturers stated size of the shirt was on the small side and I had to return the shirt to Aida Shoreditch for a refund . (Not Aida's fault).
I talked to a very friendly and helpful lady at Aida and confirmed that there was no problem with the return and refund .
I would definitely purchase again with confidence from Aida Shoreditch .

Great items, but delivery packaging needs attention!
Great items, love the store, but the delivery packaging needs more attention. I bought several lovely items from AIDA, and they were stuffed very tightly into a package for delivery. Quality items need more care & space in delivery. But aside from that, I'm very pleased!

Great example of why it's best to shop small and locally
Great products ... prompt delivery, considering it was so close to Christmas and the country was still mid-pandemic slowdown. Would happily buy from AIDA Shoreditch again and would definitely be happy to recommend them. An example of why it's best to shop small and locally.

Import costs
Dear Sir/Madam,
Just a tip of advice for your future orders:
Please fill in only the amount of the clothing!
So that the buyer does not have to pay too many import costs, never include the shipping costs!
Saves a lot of hassle, because there are no extra costs to be paid!!
Now I have to paid more than the dress actual cost.
