Simply Awful
Awful. I would give 0 stars for the customer service if I could.
After a month of my mixer not arriving and constantly having to chase down the customer service team for any snippet of information and having my questions and requests ignored at all junctures I have been informed that a replacement has been shipped. Unfortunately after I made it extremely clear that it would be too late to do so as it is well past the deadline I need it by (and refused to give my permission to resend the package when asked, yet ignored again.) Just the tip of the iceberg I’m afraid.
Gross incompetence and utter confusion all round from AgriEuro and their delivery partners. They somehow managed to lose into thin air a 95kg 1 metre square dough mixer - very suspicious.
Worst buying experience ever, will never buy so much as a paper clip from them again, and may well be refusing the next delivery’s arrival - if it ever actually turns up in the first place.

Very poor customer service
I purchased a ride-on lawnmower from AgriEuro this summer. It was delivered on time and the machine was as expected. Sadly, after some use the machine broke down. I contacted customer services to report the problem under the warranty. After some weeks of exchanging messages I was told that the mower must have been used in wet conditions and the warranty did not cover use in wet conditions, therefore there was nothing to be done. I asked to see where it was written that the mower must not be used in wet conditions, because I could not find this stipulation in the operating instructions that came with the machine. In response I received the phone number of a local service agent and the matter was closed.
Not happy. If this is typical of AgriEuro customer service, I will not be buying from them again. Seems that the only option now is for me to pursue this with the manufacturer.

Perfect for pumping apple juice and cider
The Rover Pomp is perfect for pumping apple juice and cider in our Cidery. Agrieuro couldn't be beaten on price and the service was excellent. When a part was damaged in transit it was quickly replaced. The pump hasn't missed a beat and is a reliable piece of equipment we could not do without. Thank you Agrieuro

GeoTech SP 300 2T sprayer pump with blend engine, knapsack/trolley function
Good value for money. Was told how long delivery was going to be and that was correct. Fiddled about putting it together and initially had a leak but put some PTFE and it was fine. When used in earnest it did the job very well. So very satisfied with product and delivery.

Italian made Vacuum Sealer
Ordered an Italian made food vacuum sealer. Service was very good from Agrieuro, and the Sealer is first class and really well built. It isn't cheap rubbish. Very pleased with the product,the communication, the service and the delivery

Two Eurosystems M210 scythe mowers.
Over the last 2 years I have puchased two Eurosystems M210 self propelled scythe mowers. One was powered by a Briggs & Stratton & the other by a Honda engine. Both were delivered very quickly and were reasonably easy to assemble.
Until they were used for I full season I haven't commented but they are now proven and give good reliable service on some very rough grassland. Of the two machines I prefer the Briggs & Stratton version as it starts much more readily. Both suffer the minor disadvantage of rather excessive vibration.
Overall, excellent machines and good value and very good service by Agrieuro.
