Request for guidance
Good Service. However the book itself does not give a huge amount of guidance on oven setting to use the simmering facility.

Textile Quality Poor
Whilst the delivery and ordering service was fine I was disappointed with the quality of the products. The apron was of far thinner material than previous versions of some years ago with the ties also more fragile which with constant use will fray and break. Why are you selling chefs pads that do not have the ties on that slip over the dome handles? I have sewn on my own.
