Dear Technical Team,

Please be aware that after I complained about withdrawal options not working before, I am now able to fill the form required, but unfortunately, I am currently having some challenges with the withdrawal options....

1. For the PayPal option, I received a message that "It will be treated after Admin approval", which has not been treated for days now.

2. For Mobile Top-up, it is giving no operator found error message.

3. For the Transferred to Bank options, it is not giving me the option to put my account number instead; it is showing my email address, which is not going through.

It is been more than 3 months since I finished a particular survey but I am yet to receive the reward.
Another issue I have is that there are some surveys that I would have finished answering spending almost 20-40 min. After which, I would be told that I had successfully completed the survey but the moment I click the end button, I am told that enough responses have been gathered. This is pure cruelty. Why make me finish it before informing me that I have already been disqualified even from the onset. Why is it that this disqualification didn't happen few minutes into the survey like other sites do? It makes me wonder if my responses will be used but in a bid to not pay you do that.

Also, in all, I haven't been getting much surveys since I started answering surveys on this site years ago and as for the few I have been seeing, most of my rewards are usually rejected, although I try to give the best responses and take my time responding.
Plus, I have been complaints for a while now and I haven't been getting any response.

It was a successful journey so far, I now understand that the Afrisight new website have come to stay. Endurance is never too much. Afrisight have paid me for my patience. This is a great and trusted Company.

I received my payout through airtime instantly, paypal payment option was also available after some time. Hoping for best from Afrisight.

I completed three surveys on AfriSight and was not paid the correct amounts. The advertised rewards ranged from KSh 240 to KSh 314, but my account was settled at KSh 0.03 each , a fraction of what was shown at the time of participation.

I raised a formal complaint and followed up, but received no solution whatsoever. One survey reward is still pending and I expect the same issue will repeat.

Disappointing experience. If you advertise a reward, honour it.

I have been struggling to make withdrawal for months now. Been writing emails but no change. But I'm glad I finally withdraw my money. I even have given up on taking any surveys from this site because of withdrawal issues

Reliable and precise experience

After doing surveys my rewards being given is a hassle. I withdrew money through bank was notified it was successful yet i haven't received the money since FEBRUARY!!! I even sent my email and statement they requested but nothing!! These are cons!!

I was able to withdraw my reward through my network in under a minute, which was honestly impressive. The surveys are legit—approval can take some time, but once it goes through and you hit the $3 mark, withdrawals are instant. Really appreciate how smooth that part is. Great job!

The exercise is good. But when it comes to payout via mobile money top up, you have only restricted it to M-pesa thereby disadvantaging the people not in Kenya

The recent improvements to the features and esthetics of the platform are very attractive and unique.
Glitches experiend with withdrawal to bank also seems to hsve been dealt with. The platform appears to now be better optimized.

However, I still experience cases where surveys are sucessfully completed and rewards not credited, and not found pending. Also, I have rewards from successfully completed surveys thst have remained pending for close to two months. This should be looked into.

Overall, there have been noticeable and positive improvements.
