Fantastic service provided. All the staff were so helpful, especially Samantha and Nathaniel. They were always on hand to answer any questions and deal with everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Even if Carlsberg done mortgages, I doubt they would beat the outstanding and friendly team who done mine at Affinity!

As a first time buyer the whole team gave me a warm welcome and looked after me throughout the whole process. Without the team I wouldn’t have got through the process or completed before the stamp duty deadline!

With little knowledge of the process and having loads of questions, the team were always available and provided expert advice. They took care of all the documentation and dealt with my lender and Help To Buy. Saving me time and the hassle of having to do it myself. The best part is I didn’t have to pay them a penny!

The team were prompt at dealing with all enquires and were well organised internally. Dan Boosey (my mortgage broker) was class. He talked me through the entire process and put me at ease. I knew I was in safe hands. Mary Kearney (Case Manager) then managed my case through to completion and provided me updates as we went along. The co-ordination with my solicitors, estate agents and the lenders was all taken care of. Absolutely brilliant service.

I have already recommended them and will definitely be re-using the team when I need to remortgage.

I am such a fan of the team at Affinity, I have recently taken out life insurance and critical illness cover with Billy Wilkinson (Protection Advisor). Such good service my mum has just done the same as well!

A bumpy journey to say the least. Yet with the dedication and determination of our mortgage advisor Ben, he was able to iron out all the hiccups with success. Ben went above and beyond with offers, contacting solicitors and undertakers, while constantly keeping my partner and I in the loop. We could not fault his service he knew exactly what to do. We would happily cross paths with Ben again if/when we need mortgage advice and would recommend him to family and friends.

Great service as usual from Dan and Olivia. Even though challenging times and requirements from the lender, they managed to get the deal over the line.

As a first time buyer I had a million questions and Dan Boosey was happy to answer all of them. He advised me through the whole mortgage process and really spent time in helping me to understand all the caveats that come with getting a mortgage.

After experiencing a very seamless first time mortgage process with Affinity it was time for our mortgage to be renewed and we weren't disappointed with the service from Affinity once again. We didn't even need to pick up the phone! Affinity reached out to us to let us know what our options were and Dean very patiently talked us though the process, making it very clear what our options were. Once we decided on the product we had very little life admin to deal with (which was fantastic with two very busy jobs!) and Mary was always extremely efficient and contactable if we had any questions.

I would like to start by saying I do not typically write reviews but my experience with Affinity Group and their extremely hard working employees has been absolutely incredible! I would like to firstly mention Mark Lupton who is a credit to Affinity. I worked with Mark on a daily basis for weeks on end. Mark worked around the clock to obtain my mortgage and manage to do so no matter how many curveballs where thrown his way! As a first time buyer with zero experience Mark was always on hand to answer the millions of questions that I had. Honestly I cannot recommend Mark enough, my experience was amazing! I need to also mention Faye Woodward who was extremely professional, diligent and friendly. Again, Faye was always available to answer any questions. Faye worked tirelessly to get my mortgage approval over the line. Both Mark and Faye are a dynamic duo and have really helped to make my first time experience amazing. I would highly recommend Affinity Group and working with both Mark and Faye!

Fantastic experience from start to finish - as a company they are clearly very organised and hard working while also, perhaps above all, retaining a strong team ethic. This shines through on LinkedIn but I also have no doubt that it's a fair reflection of reality.
I was predominantly looked after by Mark Lupton who worked tirelessly to get the job done. As a first time buyer I was naïve to the extent of the process, which may have been frustrating at times, but he was always more than happy to help and is a credit to the company.
I must also mention Nathaniel Lee who I was originally referred to when previously looking at mortgages - he really helped me to understand what I could and couldn't expect from the mortgage market in my particular situation (returning expat).
Lastly I must thank Faye Woodward who was hugely helpful in getting my mortgage across the line, particularly when faced with some unforeseen issues towards the end.
All in all, a superb team and service - no need to look elsewhere.

At 43 years old, I never imagined I would be able to get a mortgage, I thought I had missed the boat. My partner and I sat with Simon one evening for just over an hour... it was so so simple, honest layman terms advice and really strong understanding of people’s finances and how that fits with mortgages etc. We are now a week in to our new home.. basked in sunshine and finally living the long long dream of ours. Now here’s a passionate, confident, driven and hard worker. Our very first time speaking with Ben, he gave us an extra lifeline when we thought it was the end of the road for us. He was SO responsive and stuck to his word and delivered right on time. We instantly had confidence within him and was also annoyed we hadn’t found him much sooner!

It’s very important to find someone who listens and genuinely wants to help and we found that in Ben.

Really thorough and explained everything with sound advice for me as a first time buyer. Can't recommend them enough! Made it all so easy.. Special mentions to Mark Lupton, Faye Woodward and also on the Protect side Mark Baptist and Nick Buhagiar! All have been great and to top it off really nice people.
