This is my 4th time I am traveling through AFC. As always their arrangements have been the best. They always book the best hotels which are in good locations, decent and family friendly. Tour guides are also good. If you don't want the hazel of booking hotels, flights and planning you tour intinery, then AFC is the best choice.

Bibin was extremely helpful in customising our package for Srilanka. He understood exactly what we wanted and gave us a plan and it worked out really well.

I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Europe with AFC Holidays, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The tour covered some of the most iconic cities—Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, and Barcelona—each offering its own charm, culture, and unique beauty.

From the romantic streets of Paris, the historical grandeur of Brussels, the scenic canals of Amsterdam, to the vibrant energy of Barcelona, every moment was well-curated and enjoyable. What truly made the trip exceptional, though, was our tour manager, Pragyesh Sing. His professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality turned this trip from great to outstanding. His stories, insights, and helpful tips gave each city an added layer of depth and enjoyment. It felt like we weren’t just visiting places, but truly experiencing them.

We recently travelled with AFC Holidays during the Eid break for the Prague-Vienna-Budapest tour, and yet again, AFC exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the initial booking phase to the time we returned home, every aspect of the trip was handled with remarkable professionalism and attention to detail.

The group dynamics were fantastic – everyone was punctual and enthusiastic, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Hotels were conveniently located close to the downtown areas (just 10-15 minutes away), allowing for easy self-exploration during leisure time. The Bed & Breakfast option throughout the trip was a comfortable touch.

The guided tours were well-curated and led by professional English-speaking guides who were insightful and passionate about the local history and culture.

AFC went the extra mile by providing complimentary SIM cards, ensuring we stayed connected throughout the trip. Additionally, airport shuttles and intercity transfers were perfectly coordinated, making transitions hassle-free.

We also appreciated the smooth handling of visa appointments, thanks to Iyah, who ensured everything was processed efficiently and on time.

This was our third tour with AFC, and certainly one of the best so far. The value for money, personalized service, and high-quality experience make AFC our go-to travel partner, and we’re already looking forward to the next adventure with them.

A Memorable European Experience!
We had the absolute pleasure of touring Europe with a fantastic guide Pragyesh Vardhan and I can confidently say they were one of the best parts of our trip! From the very first day, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Whether we were exploring the historic streets of Paris the charming canals of Amsterdam, Brussels and Barcelona. Pragyesh brought each location to life with fascinating stories, historical context, and a great sense of humor and our group was also Awsome.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a meaningful and unforgettable journey!

recently returned from an incredible 8-day trip to Europe, and it was truly a dream come true. Every moment was filled with beautiful sights, rich culture, delicious food, and unforgettable memories.
The support by AFC team specially by our customer consultant Mr.Bibin and our trip co-ordinator Mr. Nadeem needs a special mention.
The itinerary was well-organized, allowing just the right balance of sightseeing and free time. The local guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable and centrally located. I especially enjoyed trying different local cuisines and experiencing the diverse cultures of each country.

Despite the fast pace, everything went smoothly. The transportation between cities was efficient, and we got to see so much in such a short time. If I could change anything, I’d probably stay a bit longer in each city—but that just gives me a reason to go back!

We were quite disappointed with several aspects of the trip planning and execution. Firstly, Kutaisi offered very little in terms of attractions, and the travel time between Kutaisi and Tbilisi—both upon arrival and departure—was unnecessarily long and exhausting. This resulted in a total waste of two valuable days, seemingly only to accommodate cheaper flight options, which significantly compromised the quality of the experience.

The journey to Gudauri was also lengthy, yet we only spent around 45 minutes at the destination, which made the trip feel rushed and poorly planned. Furthermore, the much-anticipated off-road trip to the church was cancelled, citing weather conditions, without any alternate arrangements or compensation.

Apart from the Tbilisi town tour on Day 2, every other day involved heavy travel, returning to the hotel as late as 9 PM, leaving no opportunity for leisure or to explore local nightlife. There were no arrangements or suggestions provided for experiencing Tbilisi’s evening activities.

Additionally, there was no guidance or information given about the places we visited, and not a single recommendation for dining options was offered throughout the trip. Families were not provided interconnected rooms despite prior expectations, which caused inconvenience. Hotel check-ins were also poorly managed, with long queues due to multiple group arrivals and only a single lift available at the hotel—particularly unpleasant after long and exhausting travel, especially when arriving late at midnight.

The breakfast menu was repetitive, with no variation across days, which added to the monotony. Overall, the lack of thoughtful planning and poor coordination significantly affected the enjoyment and comfort of our trip.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! That's the only word to describe my incredible experience in Kenya, expertly curated by AFC. A huge thank you to Bibin for convincing me that Kenya was the perfect destination for a solo traveler and for patiently addressing all my pre-travel queries.

Mr. Alex also deserves special mention for his meticulous briefings and timely check-ins before my trip.

From day one to day five, every aspect of the tour exceeded my expectations. The carefully selected accommodations were truly exceptional, offering sumptuous cuisine with a wide range of options. Our knowledgeable and skilled driver-guide, Mr. Raphael, brought the entire experience together, ensuring that every moment was unforgettable.

We took the swiss German Paris tour from 25MAR to 01 APR2025. The itinerary is well planned and perfectly executed by our tour Manager Nadeem, who took very good care of us. Special shout to him and wish him all the best for future.
However I was disappointed with the size of the group. While booking we were told the group size would be 25-30 but the group turned out to be 53, which is more like a crowd; and we got to know this only upon turning up there. Imagine fitting all these people in a bus and accommodating their bags which are all fully packed due to the warm clothes everyone has to carry. It was logistically challenging for all the luggage to fit in comfortably in the bus and for families to find seats. Not to mention the avoidable stress of assembling such a huge group at various locations which leads to waste of valuable time.

The experience could have been even better for both the tour manager and the tourists if AFC stuck to the group size they promised or at least if AFC was honest about the group size.

The support provided by Bibin from day one was great. He has done all arrangements and has taken care of all the needs.We have been well prepared for our stay and was always connected during the stay checking with us if everything is ok.

It's been a great experience dealing with AFC specially Andrew who has guided me on every travel as his own.
