This was our second experience with AFC Holidays. A big, big shout out to Alhianna and Delma for all their sincere efforts in organizing a wonderful holiday for us. Their warm hospitality from the very start made our experience memorable. The accommodation selected were comfortable and well maintained with warm, friendly service especially at Maran Paran, Masai Mara.However, the itinerary felt quite packed, leaving no time to truly enjoy and relax in the beautiful properties we stayed at. It would have been perfect if there was time to soak in the lovely atmosphere. The food too could have been better.
Overall, it was an incredible experience.

I have done multiple trips with AFC. I have found them to be reliable. The good thing is they get the key things right in their escorted group trips, even though there might be the occasional minor hiccups.

My recent trip to Japan went well overall. The itinerary was well thought out, and the local guide in Japan, Mr. Joe, made our trip enjoyable.
Ms. Allhianna, who was the travel consultant, helped me book this holiday and ensured I got the promotional benefits. Ms. Althea Tigas from the Customer Experience team was always responsive and solved any issues or doubts without delay. My thanks to both of them.

In AFC's escorted group trips, hotels are mostly well chosen except in some cases (e.g., Osaka in Japan trip, Nairobi in Kenya trip). But, most importantly, when things go wrong on the trip due to situations beyond anyone's control (e.g., road closures due to heavy snow in Georgia), AFC arranged good alternative accommodations for everyone and adapted the itinerary with minimum disruption.

One area that has improved over the past 3 years, but still requires significant improvement, is clarity in communication. Again, the good thing is that any confusion that arises generally gets addressed once you bring it up with the AFC team, even if it takes a little bit of time.

The trip was well planned and organized, Special followup and service provided by AFC team from visa assistance till trip completion. Thank you To Haider Ali and Alex for their follow-ups and Nadeem the tour manager for wonderfully managing the whole trip.

This is our 5th Interaction with AFC Holidays and this time we decided to get assistance for Canada Visa.

AFC did a great Job, starting from assesment of our profile till Visa Approval and Visa stamping on Passports.
AFC has a great Visa team, they've a very smooth process and friendly Visa processing Team, arranging all documents, filling application forms, submitting it, taking Approval for Biometrics. Always ready to answer your queries/clarify your doubts quickly.

Our Kenya Masai Mara Trip with AFC Holidays

This was our very first trip with AFC Holidays, and honestly — we had a great time! The whole holiday was nicely organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Special mention to Delma Riyona Dsouza and Inayath our trip coordinators — they were super prompt, responsive, and made sure things were on track.

Highlights:

Masai Mara & Nyahururu Stays: Absolutely fabulous! MaraParan Camp in Masai Mara and The Panari Resort in Nyahururu were top-notch — great atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Guides: Huge thanks to Lawrence and Jacob — they were knowledgeable, patient, and made the safaris extra fun.

Food & People: No complaints here — good variety, tasty meals, and warm hospitality.

What Could Be Better:

The first hotel in Nairobi (Panari Hotel) was honestly below average. Not really up to the mark compared to the rest of the trip.

The itinerary was super packed — felt like we were just arriving at hotels to sleep and then moving again. I think adding at least one extra day for rest would make the experience much more relaxing.

There should be an AFC representative inside Nairobi airport. We had to wait around 2.5 hours outside for other group members, which wasn’t the best way to start a trip.

Overall:
We had an amazing time exploring Kenya and the Masai Mara, and we’d happily travel with AFC again — just hope they tweak the itinerary a bit to make it less rushed.

This is our 3rd time using the services of AFC and holidays and we will continue to do so. Extreme professional and timely services. Ms Althea and her team supported us brilliantly for planning our trip to Australia. Keep up the good work team!

Recently travelled to the Switzerland, Germany and France with the AFC Holidays tour package and loved the overall experience. The accommodation , transport and arrangements made were up to the mark.

A tour isn’t complete without the tour guide and so we had an exceptionally talented and professional guide - Mr. Nadeem. Right from the very first day he was very friendly and always addressed the queries any traveller had. Swift time management and planning made by him made the experience all the more better. He made sure that all the activities for the day are arranged in a way that is most suitable for the group. Although we had a few people on the trip who were disrespectful and rude, Mr. Nadeem handled it with utmost professionalism. He is one of the tour guide we should all lookout for!

Great Tour package over all, amazing experience. Would definitely recommend anyone planning a group tour.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Switzerland trip organized by AFC Holidays. The guide, Mr. Nadeem, was an utter waste, he had no idea what his responsibilities were and responded with "I don't know" to almost every question asked. His lack of professionalism and knowledge made the trip frustrating. Additionally, the Indian food provided through the tie-up with Cinnamon Garden was simply not good. We did not travel all the way to Switzerland to eat the same, below-average Indian food every day, which completely ruined the international travel experience. Based on this overall poor experience, I would like to clearly state that this is my **last trip with AFC Holidays**.

AFC Holidays was recommended by one of my friends for it's high success rate. It turned out to be true as my experience with them has been an amazing one. The process is very smooth and quick. Documentation is accurate and precise. It's staff too has been very helpful and professional. Like to mention Ms.Althea who has been very supportive and kind enough to explain every detail throughout the process.
