So disappointing service by Mr Zamal
So disappointing service by Mr Zamal. My husband reserved our tickets and called before the deadline to get the tickets. No body picked up his call. When my husband called again reservation was cancelled. No body bothered calling us back or inform before cancellation. Rather apologies, Mr Zamal raised his voice and started blaming my husband. I found totally unprofessional and acceptable service although later on we saved £150 pounds from another place. Will never go back again!

Quick & responsive Aerolex Small Heath
Quick and very responsive team Small Heath branch.
Have total confidence in their Service delivery and travel advice provided by Arif & Sammy. Both have provided tickets to Bangladesh past 10 years to my family and friends without any glitch compared to the horror stories I’ve heard from other travel agents ,,,!
Would highly recommend these two chaps always ready with a cup of tea and a smile followed by friendly chat for all your travel needs !
