Just visited Adwick caravans they unfortunately didn’t have what we are looking for but the staff are fantastic left us to look around with out feeling under pressure to buy we explained the layout we are after and Jason has our details so that when they have one Instock they can give us a call we may have to wait but it will be Adwick caravans we deal with thanks Jason hope to hear from you soon

Arrived at dealership the dealer didn't give his name even though we asked him twice we then went the the motor home which was a hymer it stated it had a cooker and TV on viewing it had neither of these when we spoke to the staff member he was rude abrupt and very sarcastic we had travelled all the way from Derbyshire and think its disgusting wouldn't buy a pen off these people never mind a £21000 motorhome .

I sold my caravan to these guys paid what they said they would and was hassle free would recommend to anyone thanks guys.

We sold our Hymer motorhome to Billy at Adwick Caravans. We filled out a online form after coming across them on google, got in contact with me really quick and came out the same day, gave me a valuation, received the payment instantly & billy took the Hymer away with him. First class service, very trustworthy and highly recommended.

Recently collected our swift Motohome from Adwick fantastic service from start to finish everything agreed was done mot service etc full when we collected it and they walked us threw how to work everything over the moon that’s guys we will be making some happy memories

Don’t buy anything from this firm I have been trying to return my faulty camper van which I paid almost £38000 , iv documented all the faults and have Evan got 2 months warrant which is useless as thay won’t do anything about my problems, I drove 5 hours to return it this wkend and the owner won’t talk to me and kept moving his truck every time I got near him , this was bazaar behaviour, I Evan had to call the police about the threats I had if I came there which thay did , and still thay won’t do anything about my problems, I’m trying to take it back under the right to reject faulty goods 2015 but are just egnoring this , thay did tell me I won’t b the first one to take them to court o the last but would b the first to win and slammed phone down , this has now left me no choice but to start court proceeding and now going to claim back all my expenses, and get this firm prosecuted for false advertising and what ever else I can do, thay have done this to so many people after reading the reviews and would like this not to happen again to anyone else, I have tryed to the easy option for all but have now made it clear that thay want to go to the courts , my solicitor is behind instructed to act on my behalf Monday and going to give them the go ahead to take this matter all the way and claim back all legal expenses and my expenses which so far is an extra £500 on top of £37750

Just sold my motorhome to Adwick Caravans. Process was quick and easy and the price offered was fair so very happy with the whole deal. Special thanks go to Billy for making this such a smooth transaction.

I wouldn’t purchase from here , all they do is purchase privately and place on there forecourt, I purchased a van from them in may and the list of faults was endless even though was told it’s all been checked .
Soon as they have your money they don’t care.
All I can say go elsewhere or really spend time checking whatever Item your thinking of buying from top to bottom.

Just bought a Hobby Toscana motorhome what a excellent service I received from Jason.
He couldn’t do enough for us the vehicle was spotless and he went through everything nothing was to much trouble during the hand over
I would definitely purchase again from this company .

Fantastic from start to finish no pressure when viewing caravans left to make your own choice they also done a handover showing me and my wife how to work everything in the caravan and finally after sales we superb jason was more than happy to help when we got away with the van and just struggled to get the heating on he talked us threw step by step could thank him and everyone at Adwick caravans enough we will be seeing you again when it’s time to change kind regards Mark

The Motorhome was As Described and We was very happy with Handover received as this was our first Motorhome. We used several times now we had no issues and would recommend Adwick caravans to any one will use Agian

Very bad experience buying a motorhome traveled a long distance to buy this van and very badly let down by the condition of the interior ,lots of things damaged and worn and this was only the interior I never got round to looking at the engine,
When faults were pointed out all Jason could do was shrug his shoulders and tell us to buy new stuff,I also paid a £500 deposit which he is not returning.

Sale was seamless. Videos and pics sent were first class due to current restrictions. Van was delivered on time on the agreed date. Few small issues to small to mention was sorted pretty quick. Would be 5 stars if the time were taken to explain the workings of the caravan in more depth but hey nothing major.

Billy bought our caravan recently , he was knowledgeable and respectful, we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who are looking for a fair deal on their vehicle

Traded in my 2012 Luna Delta van, against a Hobby 700 SMF, which was cheaper in price than mine was worth, agreed a deal, quite happy, asked for the hobby to be checked over, to make sure all worked, asked for a spare wheel, a valet, , was told the van was a 2008 {not} was a 2005, was told it was cris registered {not }, van was delivered to my house October time, so we could get used to it. Van arrived with no spare, no valet, wasn't cris registered etc etc Billy agreed to take it to the campsite of my choice come March time, asked him over 3 times for a date, as we were moving house, and needed it off our drive, no communication from Billy, van is great, after spending £600 to bring it up to working condition but aftersales service was non existant, My previous van was sold at a profit of over £5000, so a little customer service would have been expected from this company, hugely disappointed, and wont buy from these again. Our friends also bought a Swift at £12,000 on our recommendation, and were left disappointed with the after sales service too, so, Im afraid due to the attitude given, you have lost 2 further, potential customers, YOUR LOSS ! you need to learn, money isnt everything, and a follow up service, goes a long long way, to future business.

We purchased our caravan after seeing pictures and Jason sending videos as could travel due to restrictions. But that was not a problem as they offered to deliver. From start to having caravan delivered I can not express the exceptional service we received. The caravan turn up just as described , I would highly recommended adwicks, excellent company

billy phoned after seeing photos of the van agreed price collected same day no fuss thanks.

Messaged Billy about buying our tourer and he responded within minutes. Called us arranged to view it 2 hours later. He arrived on time looked around the caravan and did his checks, made us an offer, bank transferred the money and off he went with the van. Nice honest young lad and would highly recommend 👍🏼
