Si j’aurais pu mettre 0 étoiles je l’aurais fais ! On m’a prélevé 2 fois, j’envoie un mail au service client aucune réponse ! J’ai commander le 7 juin censé recevoir la commande dans les 5-8 jours nous sommes le 20 je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande qui soit dit en passant étais pour la fête des pères donc la date est déjà passé ! Ce site n’est pas fiable du tout alors fuyez et ne commandé pas dessus

Reçu il.y a quelques jours et très très très déçue... pas d'étiquette pas d infos sur le matériaux. Site chinois . Le rendu ne correspond pas à ce qu'on nous vend. Fuyez !!!

The product I ordered was a LEGO on a brick family. I personalized everything with my daughter's in hopes to get it for Father's Day. First, it took over a month to get it and it was after fathers Day. Not only was it late, it was so much smaller than I could've imagined. It was a very small Lego piece, maybe 2-2 1/2 inches wide and didn't come with all pieces in the photo. The Legos barely fit on the brick. On top of that, it wasn't real Lego pieces and were all scratched up. Overall extremely unhappy for spending over $60 Dollars on this item

I wouldn’t even give this one star to be honest, cheap cheap cheap !! I ordered a top and shorts set which cost me £40 and the quality of it should be more like £5 ! Ordered both in white and ones cream.

The frame is extremely cheap, the picture is grainy and does not fill the whole picture, the names run together as if it’s one word, and it showed up very late! Would not recommend to anyone especially since this was not a cheap gift. This was not even close to what was advertised and I’m very upset and embarrassed to even give this as a gift. Should have looked harder for reviews.

SCAM… SCAM!!!! DONT ORDER

Silly me, haven't read the review before making an order.
My order was a bithday gift which arrived a month later after the birthday. I was under an impression they were based in UK so made and order 2 weeks before the birthday and paid extra for express delivery, just in case. 3 days before birthday it turned out it was still in China and never even processed or dispatched. I was very angry and cancelled the order. I told them now dont bother to dispatch it, it is too late, and give my money back. After giving a silence treatment, 2 days later got notification it has been finally dispatched. Raised and issue with pay pal that the seller did not fullfill the promise of delivery or order cancellation, forcing me to accept it regardless it way overdue for the intended purpose, and the seller does not want to give me money back. At this point I couldn't win as paypal said it has been dispatched. End of story. Wasted money for the gift not needed anymore. Extremely difficult seller, rarely replying, barely understanding English and very dismissive. Replies were vague and weird, because of used translator. Do not use. Trust me, not worth your nerves!

Mauvais. Aucun suivi de livraison. Aucun mail depuis la confirmation de commande. 1 mois et toujours rien. Mail envoyé au sav pour avoir le suivi. À suivre. Mais ça pue

Éviter absolument ce site,il nous propose des choses magnifiques, quand on reçoit le colis c'est pas propre, mal fait, on arrive à rien lire.
En plus, c'est plein de faute d'ortographes.

*UPDATE* I have been in constant daily contact with someone named "Fancy"
with Adorlla and they have been NOT helped at all. They just keep.asking dumb questions like "did I check my mail?". I check it daily. I just want my money back.

le coussin personnalisé que j'ai commandé sur ce site est arrivé avec plus d'un mois de retard. J'ai été très déçu de la qualité du coussin et la poche cadeau fournie avec le produit est trop petite, impossible de faire rentrer le coussin dedans!
J'ai payé en tout ce coussin personnalisé 75 euros et c'est vraiment très excessif ! vraiment déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout ce site!

Was trying to do something special for mother's day for my wife who is a new mother and was given a false tracking number. There is no response to emails. I spent a decent amount of money on items and for express shipping.
I should have looked into it more before I started buying stuff I was just excited to do something special for her just to have it go to crap.

Catastrophes, ne commandé surtout pas là bas, temp d attente infiniment long(1 mois pour un collier), sav qui peine à répondre sans prendre en compte ce que vous écrivez, et la qualité, aussi bonne que tout le reste de ce qui concerne ce site c est a dire : Indescriptiblement MINABLE

3 mois 1/2 et toujours rien reçu, je me suis fait une raison depuis ! Surtout, n'y allez pas et passez bien le mot à tout le monde.

This site is scam. Do not purchase. I never received the item and there is no response to emails.

Shocking service, over 2 weeks late in arriving. Tried to cancel order as it hadent been sent and 2 days later got a response and itam had just been sent. Asked for refund as product was a gift for a family member going traveling and has already left so itam is of no use. Will not issue refund or accept any responsibility of late itam.
