Vey bad experience I put my trust in admiral law but I was let down numerous times. It was a straight forward case but it was dragged on to 2 years. Then I was left with absolute pennies after they deducted 20% from my minimum payment not taking into account I was not compensated for my loss of earnings even though I had provided proof. Absolutely stay clear from admiral law better to use no win no fee companies in future. Lesson learnt

Admiral Law is my worst experience. They don’t respond to my messages in the client portal for months. My messages remain unread. Each time, a different agent calls me, and I have to explain everything all over again. I’ve been trying to get results for 1.5 years.

Pleasure to deal with

The staff were pleasant, but overall I wasn't happy with what they assessed and settled my injury on. I was involved in an accident May 2024, car was written off and I sustained a laceration wound on my arm where I am now left with a scar. I didn't have legal cover, so I was automatically put through to Admiral Law, as it's a free service. I feel they started negotiations too low and ultimately the final settlement was low, considering they take 25%. It took over a year to get to the settlement stage, it was already taking so long and I just wanted the claim to be over, I had hopes that they would negotiate bigger for me as It was a non-fault claim on my part and I was the only person with a laceration and now a big scar down my arm. I expressed my concerns about the amount and was ultimately told "Unfortunately, you've just got to deal with it, nothing you can do". They also signed me up to their portal where I would get no response for days. I feel they've benefited more off of my situation more than myself. I didn't know any better by going through Admiral Law, but I wouldn't have gone with them had I known and I wouldn't advise anyone else too, and also if you can, have legal & personal injury cover.

Admiral law have been managing my injury claim since August 2024, with the claim now in the closing states following a resolution. Dani-Elle has been my handler throughout and she’s been fantastic, really helped me through a very stressful and frustrating time, kept in touch not only to carry out the claim but also to check on my welfare and reassure me that there will be a satisfactory outcome. I can’t thank her and the Admiral team enough. 10/10

One phone call and everything is on track

Raised complaints due to poor communication and long delays, each time with acknowledgment but no improvement. In the end accepted an offer just to end having to deal with them, after waiting 6 weeks and multiple phone calls being promised the case would be allocated to next person only for nothing to happen. This was 20 months after reporting the incident.

Their response is laughable…no one has addressed my concerns as my review states. I closed my case as after 2 complaints nothing changed, I waited 6 weeks for my case to move to litigation and they couldn’t even process that so accepted the offer even though it was a lot less than the valuation.

Communication is excellent. And portal easy to use.
