I used ADK law for the conveyancing of a high-rise leasehold flat purchase in London. William Speakman, our conveyancing solicitor, was excellent. He responded to emails promptly and kept us very well informed throughout the process with regular updates. As a first-time buyer, this made the whole process much easier and less stressful, taking the time to thoroughly explain legal issues, implications and options/solutions. I would strongly recommend ADK law and William Speakman.

Jinni was professional and efficient throughout, responding promptly and thoroughly to all my emails and queries.When a report that came back proved worrying she patiently listened to my concerns and offered excellent counsel while ensuring the decision of how to proceed was entirely my own. My move was completed in just over three months at the quoted price which was highly competitive. I was not local to ADK Law but this proved no obstacle with the vast majority of our business being carried out via phone and email and no need to visit the office.
