This is the third, and hopefully last, time I have had to use the services of a legal conveyancing firm in less than 12 months! I have used ADK on all three Occasions and on each occasion Lorna was the the conveyancer. She was absolutely marvellous. Response to anything was prompt - 5 minutes. Any query was clearly sorted. No problems at all dealing with the firm. Everything was as they said. I highly recommend them. Tony

We used ADK Law Solicitors for the recent sale of our London flat and purchase of a house in Yorkshire. It wasn't a straightforward process and there were many issues to resolve along the way (nothing to do with ADK) but Bilal navigated his way through them, responding quickly to enquires with patience and diligence. Thank you to the all the team, but particularly Bilal who worked really hard and jumped over many hurdles for us.

I recently sold my late Mum’s leasehold property and the buyers used ADK Law in Bolton. The sale took 6 months to complete, there was no chain, the flat was empty and the purchasers had cash. It appears that a junior member of staff was dealing with the file and each time it went for sign off by a more senior person there was another issue. Both the buyers and myself were extremely frustrated by the delay and it was very difficult to find out what was happening.

I used ADK law on the sale of my property, I found the whole process to be very smooth and swift, they were always available and helpful when I had questions and got back to me quickly, a special thank you to Rahbia and Thais who were brilliant!

I couldn't fault Tom and his team. Everything went through very smoothly. If I couldn't get hold of him at any time, he wasted no time in getting back to me. Very efficient and always helpful.

I recently used ADK Law for a house purchase on the recommendation of a friend, and I was extremely impressed with the service. She was genuinely dedicated and managed to complete the purchase of a swift auction property well ahead of the completion date.

ADK (Lorna and also Conor) have now completed a sale of a property for me a few years ago and a purchase after those few years of being back home. Couldn’t have been any more responsive and on the ball with things and patient when asked any questions. Felt like they were the most helpful solicitors in the chain with the speed of replies and updates.

ADK Law provided by a property sourcer. Jinni Barwick went above and beyond to complete house sale in a timely manner. I had a tight schedule which we successfully worked towards. There was an unusual circumstance with the property sale Jinni provided guidance and a solution which was favourable for both parties. Jinni then successful got the sale completed when the sellers solicitor had refused a requested date. I called a few times but never managed to speak to Jinni. However, she did send me emails on a Sunday! Overall I would recommend

Excellent end to end service. All completed without complexity and was kept up to date throughout the process. All done through digital correspondence and some telephone calls.

First time using ADK Law but doubt I will use them again. This wasn't the worse experience and Rebekah was always responsive even if sometimes answers to questions were vague. This was an auction purchase with a very thin legal pack. However there wasn't enough effort to find out basic information which in the end I provided or had to demand a call be made to the sellers solicitors. I felt rushed into signing the contract and ADK Law's disclaimers which I was told to seek legal advice before signing. So I should pay ADK Law for conveyancing and then pay another firm to check what ADK have given me to sign: really! Disappointed that on two occasions I copied in the Partners/Directors for comment and not even a acknowledgement or comment. Glad I stood my ground and did not complete when told to by ADK Law which save me just under 2k in u paid services charges.

Tom at ADK Law is amazing. Prompt to respond to communication, manages expectations well around timescales and his availability, and contactable by phone when you need him. We have used ADK several times now and never had any issues with their service. Very thorough and reliable. Really helped us out when we needed to move quickly and also was good at managing a complex chain and some pushy estate agents!

Mr Bilal Khan did a really great job for us with the legal work of selling our leasehold flat.
The communication was superb, with responses to enquiries and emails happening promptly.
There were a number of challenges to overcome in our particular case to get the sale over the line, which Bilal dealt with, with calmness diligence and intelligence.
We were very lucky to have Bilal on the job and I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a good conveyancing solicitor.

I have used ADK for several matters and shall continue to use them in the future.

Generally I have found their service to be good value and their communications to be prompt.

Rebekah Jenkins was super-fast and responsive. She would would literally reply in minutes, rather than days/weeks. She was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences. She was patient and persistent as our buyer dragged the process out for a ridiculous and unnecessary length of time. Rebekah acted on our instructions promptly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Thank you, Rebekah.

I've used ADK law a few times now and they are generally good where the transaction is fairly straight forward. The critique I have of them, is that you cannot rely on them entirely to do complete due diligence. Now, I accept that any client must understand what is going on and not be hands-off, but there is an element of appropriate technical advice required. I don't think ADK are unique in having this issue amongst solicitors. In my case, there was a special issue which was within the remit of ADK to check, verify and argue against the opposing solicitor...and it wasn't. I had to do my own due diligence, draft a reply to the opposing solicitor, and ADK conveyed the message. I was actually successful and overturned the opposing solicitors view. I would have expected this technical issue to be resolved by the firm without my involvement or review.

Tom Ellor has acted for the purchase and sale of a few properties for me now. He is the best, I wouldn't use anyone else. Recommend him 100%.
