We have just started a rental agreement for EPOS Tills system with Addwell. We have been very happy with the service to date including their sales team and installation team. We are impressed with the telephone support we have received.

Overall, we've had a very positive experience dealing with the guys from Addwell and have found the EPOS system an invaluable addition to our cafe and farm shop. Addwell are a very hands on company and are on site or on the phone quickly to resolve any issues that have arisen. On installation they went the extra mile to ensure that the system would work in our rural environment. Bradley, Jack and the team are a great bunch to work alongside and are always polite and courteous. We are now at the end of our first year of using the system and hopefully any teething problems have now been ironed out. We look forward to building the relationship going forwards.

We have been a customer of Addwell for the last four years and have always received a very good service. This Bank Holiday weekend however they surpassed themselves. Late Friday evening it was discovered that our kitchen printer had run out of till roll. I messaged them via Facebook (thinking that perhaps someone might reply on Saturday) and was delighted to receive a reply within 4 minutes! They opened up for us the next morning so we could collect a few boxes of printer roll. Really delighted with the level of service received, it certainly saved us a headache over the weekend.

Adwell are an ultra professional company. We have worked with them for 20+ years now have never had any issues. They have a great technical team and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended A+++

We needed to modernize our dated till system at our small members social club. Addwell were recommended and we were impressed from the 1st meeting. No questions were too silly or complicated. The installation and staff training session ran really smoothly-it has been stress free ever since. A couple of times we have had to call up to ask about inputting a new product and each time the person on the other end of the phone has talked us through exactly what we need to do. Highly recommend. A+

We have had the tills and back office system in now for about three weeks. We picked Addwell for two reasons. Firstly, from an independent source, secondly from the way in which we were dealt with from our first enquiry. We are a very much hands on with all our equipment and services. Addwell have been great with the install, the backup and on any questions that we have had with them, I can’t thank them enough. They have been ready at any stage to do any changes that I have required, a very helpful and honest company, a pleasure to deal with. Would just like to say from the very start of contact, we recieved fantastic service. All our questions were answered and are still being answered with a great after sales service. Not like most companies once you sign, this company is very efficient and always answer your call always call you back. A couple of examples called on Friday 23rd December at 5 o'clock with a problem with the system wasn't rushed and had plenty of patience even though it turned out no fault there end.
Unfortunately we were burgled on 2nd January in the evening, I emailed around midnight as a hammer was taken to the screen and the money draw. The system was only 2 and half months old. I received a email back 1st thing in the morning and when I called they arranged a loan system to be brought to me and set up within 3 hours. Remarkable service!!!!
Still have some things to sort out with the system but the reason for this is down to us being so busy. I know they will get things sorted as soon as we get in touch. I 100% recommend this company from sarah at stay and play indoor children's play area laindon.
