I initially paid a £45 subscription fee, and I was assured that I would receive a bill. However, after three months, when I requested it, I was not only denied the bill but also faced unexpected extra charges. Additionally, my authentication code was removed, making it difficult to complete filing for my company. When I asked about this, I was again asked to pay more. The customer support was uncooperative throughout the process.
