I bought this adapter a year ago for a 1200RTLC and have had nothing but problems with it! The power goes out and there is no connection to the engine power supply, so after a while your gps also goes out. Very bad product!

Two of us bought the adapter for the BMW to Garmin XT and both have the same fault – it constantly drops power to the until so that it runs out of battery.
I contacted the company last August and they asked me to send a lot of photos which I did. I then got no reply. Took the bike out again last weekend and was let down again by the mount, so I contacted them for an update. This time they referred me to their dealer, but of course, they took so long to reply, it’s now more than a year old.
An unreliable product and rubbish customer service, so I’d advise against buying this. It would be better to remove the BMW mount and use the one that comes with the Garmin, much better than being let down.

Great service and super fast Delivery, The adapters they 3D print and sell makes it super easy to fit other devices to your bike cradle. I’m my case I’ve had two different Garmin NAV 6 for my BMW GS and they are both in the bin, so I went for Zunto XT and there’s guys had the adapter needed.
