Hi , Booked my daughter and my self in, My daughter was really really suffering with her back due to previous issue's for me is was no real aches but my legs were always aching, my daughter was sceptical about the whole thing she has loads of physio and nothing helped, Dan sorted both of us out in a few sessions absoloutely 100% very professional ,Top job .

I've been a client at Active Health in Maidenhead for the past five years and can't recommend them highly enough. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping you stay healthy and feel your best.

I've been seeing George throughout that time for sports massage therapy and functional strength training, and more recently for rehabilitation following major surgery. His support, knowledge, and tailored approach have made a real difference to my recovery and overall fitness. I've also been seeing Dan as my chiropractor for the past three years, and his expertise and treatment have been invaluable in helping me stay active and manage any issues.

Both George and Dan take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and tailor treatment to your individual needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Active Health to anyone looking for high-quality care.

My Chiropractor, Steve Mullan is excellent. He is very experienced and always listens to my concerns. I always feel my back and sacrum is in good order after every 3 month session. This is a very honest practice. I have never felt that they are stringing me along for more sessions than I actually need.

The staff at the clinic are always courteous and helpful.
I am a man in my 70s and having led quite an active life, experience age related aches and pains from time to time. I attend regularly for massage from George Antoni. He is very knowledgeable and skilful and I always leave the appointment feeling relaxed and well taken care of. I think that it is very good value for money too.

I have been seeing Greg over a long period of time for a variety of different elements. He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes far above and beyond any expectation ive ever had. Beyond that, it is a joy to have chats whilst receiving treatment.

For the last three years I have been visiting George at AHC Maidenhead for sports massage approximately every other week. This has been crucial to maintain my suppleness and reduce muscle stiffness after sessions with my personal trainer. George is always professional and thorough, taking into account my state of health and my latest fitness routine. George’s knowledge in that area too has been beneficial. Reception staff and others at the clinic are warm and welcoming.

Reece is an excellent practitioner who diagnosis injuries and weaknesses very well and suggests suitable exercises to be done at home as well as during appointments. He has an engaging personality and is a pleasure to see.

All the people i have seen at the clinic are very helpfull-from the moment you step in-from reception staff,to the treatment i have on my back and ease of booking and email reminders.

I have had back issues since my late teens. I have been going to Active Health / Flavio for many years.
Initially I went when I was in pain and then moved to quarterly reviews.
Flavio has guided me in healthy practices that have reduced my need for intervention.

I first went to Active a couple of years ago for knee trouble and they were brilliant in sorting the problem.
I have recently gone back for a hamstring problem and Ryan is helping me with that. He talks me through everything that is happening and why its happening and whats needed to make it stronger. Ryan is very friendly and talkative and makes me feel at ease especially when it comes to some of the procedures. Whenever anyone asks for a chiropractor/sports massage on Facebook or through friends I always say Active Health through my own experience with them.

I've been a client at active health for over 10 years and I'm probably one of the few that gets treated regularly to prevent issues happening to the body.

I see both Steve & Flavio and can't recommend them enough for their treatment and professionalism.
