Garbage Customer Service and Experience
I purchased a puffer jacket during their sale on the website 3 months ago. During this time, I was alerted that the item had shipped approximately a week after I purchased the order. However, nothing arrived after two weeks so I sent an inquiry on the order, receiving a response another week later saying that the order would take longer and had in fact not been shipped (given false information). I was understanding as with the pandemic I believed that everyone had a hard time working with the conditions. Another 2 weeks passed and I sent another inquiry on the order asking for a response got a response another week later, with almost the identical response from them, I still said fair enough as I understood the hardships of the situation.
A month passed and nothing came so I sent another inquiry (4 by this time) on the order, this time I got a response saying that I would get a refund within a week and that I would no longer be receiving my order as the jacket had been "damaged", and was given a code for 10% off (full items) the website. I responded saying that I felt this was very unreasonable considering they had 3 months to notify me about this, which they responded with saying that due to the pandemic (this was 2 weeks ago) they believed that this is all they could do and could not offer any further recourse. I sent one final email with my whole experience hoping for a better response but I should have learned by now. This is what I got: (Unfortunately, we were only made aware of the damaged package once you reached out and we investigated further as we were under the impression the order had reached you. We apologize for the delay in the refund reaching you. Wishing you a lovely day.)
I've never written a review or bought Acne Studios directly from their site, as I have previously bought some pieces from my friend. But my recommendation is just to never buy off the site whether they are on sale or not, as you'll be greeted with this type of customer service.
Almost non existent customer service and order mistakes
Not a particularly great experience. Customer service unresponsive for days on end.
I paid £2000 for a shearling jacket, the largest clothing purchase I have ever made. I was very excited about ordering from such a premium brand and expected a premium experience. Firstly, my parcel was lost with UPS for a few days and I contacted Acne about this but had no response from them.
My parcel eventually arrived, and I received completely the WRONG ITEM! What was especially gutting about this is that at the time I purchased the website said I was getting the last one of the item I was ordering (someone else must have received the item I paid for) so it's now out of stock anyway.
I contacted a second time through phone (their phone lines are not currently in use), email, and via twitter.
Still no response.
Edit : 5 days after my original email to Acne (regarding the missing parcel) I finally receive a response via email to say that they see my parcel was delivered. Once I explain that I've since emailed about receiving an incorrect item, I'm told that I can return this for a refund. It's a shame it can't be rectified by exchanging it for the item I actually ordered, but by this point, I'm put off the idea anyway and it doesn't feel worth spending such a large amount of money unless you can rely on the customer service if you have any issues, and good experience overall .
The take aways ;
- If you're looking to order from a premium company whereby the level of customer service is akin to the price you pay for the clothing, you're probably not going to get it here. Expect long waits for a response.
- It seems the majority of reviews on trustpilot are of people receiving incorrect items, so if you place an order, expect this to be a possibility. Clearly there are issues in their warehouses' systems. If there's an item you're desperate for or particularly have your heart set on, I'd advise trying to order this from another trusted website that stock Acne Studios,that are not as likely to let you down in that regard.
“Customer care” more like they don’t care!
Honestly I don’t ever write reviews but Acne Studios have the worst customer service ever!! Not to mention they told me an item was in stock and then 10 days later cancelled my order and then took a further 8 days to give me my money back - customercare@acnestudios .com more like WeDontCare @acnestudios .com . You may laugh reading this but wait for your own experience!

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Don't do an archive sale if you can't keep up with your orders or if you're understaffed. They are impossible to reach by phone, no order confirmations, no email responses on time.
Awful brand
Awful brand, awful customer service. Do not buy from them. They use UPS and they are equally as rubbish. I had been home all day and i received an email to say my item had been delivered. it has not! It was taken to a shop down my road for them to hold, even though i was home. ACNE customer service is awful., i was chasing them up asking where my item was and they ignore you. 5 emails sent and i heard nothing. Their phone lines do not work, you have to leave a message in the hopes that someone will call back but no one does. I contacted them on twitter, instagram and sent 4x emails. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. horrendous experience.

Horrible customer experience. They don't answer to the emails. For one week I have been trying to procees a return of my order but nobody answer and try to fix my issue. Would never buy again from this website.

I hahe never had any problems with this website. Everything is shipped the same day, or the following day. Never had any problems with getting the wtong size or product.

I bought from website Manhattan trainers, but didn’t wear them since I bought. I just wear them 2 times and saw that they send me different size of pair. One was 36 size and other 35. When I email them and explained situation that I want change my trainers for normal size they answered me sorry for mistake but you bought them 4 months ago and they used. When I answered them for this email that I cannot use shoes with different sizes because it’s very uncomfortable and pain for my toes and they ignore my email. I paid for this 360£ and now I can’t even wear them. Horrible customer service, first time happened with me situation that shop sent me different sizes of shoes and even don’t want fix THEIR mistake !!!! Never buy from this website.
Not shipped, no response
Ordered a pair of jeans, its been a weekand they still haven't shipped. Customer service email is unresponsive. Just buy off SSENSE, stay away from their website. They've got chimps running customer service.
Although Acne Studios has nice clothes
Although Acne Studios has nice clothes, their customer service is on a low level. I have ordered 2 pieces from them, one from a European and American website, and the problem is, that they did not have either of these pieces. So basically I paid them 400 dollars worth of clothes for something they don't even have and they have not even returned the money to me. I am truly dissapointred with this brand and probably will never order anything from them again.

Jeg forsøgte både d. 01/08 og d. 02/08 at bestille et par sneaks til en fødselsdagsgave, som skulle bruges d. 11/08. Begge gange opstod der en fejl på hjemmesiden. Jeg forsøgte at tage fat i kundeservice, desværre uden at få svar - forsøgte både at ringe og sende mail. D. 04/08 lykkedes det mig at få ordren til at gå igennem, jeg modtog en ordrebekræftelse på at jeg ville modtage pakken i løbet af 2-3 dage. D. 11/08 ringer jeg til kundeservice da jeg intet har modtaget. Kundeservice ved intet, men vil tjekke op og sende en mail. Denne modtager jeg senere d. 11/08 med beskeden om at de desværre ikke har de bestilte sneaks alligevel.
Kunne være håndteret så meget bedre.

The only good thing about this company is that their shipping is fast. That is also the reason why they are getting the one star. Their quality is no where near what it should be considering their obnoxious price point. I ordered three of there scarves (two canadas and one toronty) and I have packed them for return as soon as I opened the package. The scarves are so scratchy and stiff. Feels like cheap material. They don't hang of the body in a flattering way and makes you look like you just have a lump of material on your neck. I would say that even Zara makes better scarves and you can get designer scarves for less and better material. I have a Gucci scarf I got for $60 on Nordstrom Rack that is SO much better than the $144 (sale price) on Acne. Definitely got a reality check on brand names and their quality.

Don’t order from their website, as others have posted they give terrible customer service when things go wrong (which, for me, has been both times I’ve tried to order).

acne studios kan bestemt ikke anbefales!!!!. jeg bestilte nogle acne sko den 4 maj, 8 dage senere får jeg beskeden at jeg alligevel ikke kan få dem og at de er udsolgt. Inden jeg bestilte mine sko, spurgte jeg om de havde mulighed for at leverer dem, det havde de "SAGDE" de. Så begynder de at lyve med, at de har sendt en mail den 6 maj hvor de annullerede min ordre. JEG TROR NOK JEG VILLE HVIS JEG HAVDE FÅET BESKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
