Engaging and informational. John was very professional and moved at a good speed for everyone.

John Coleman was my trainer for Professional Agile Leadership. He's very knowledgeable and was generous in sharing his experience. John took time to discuss particular aspects of special interest to me which made the training even more impactful. He's recommended some great books, podcasts and blogs, so my learning continues! Thanks John.

John was a great instructor. Knowledgeable and engaged with the class and prepared with great examples. The suggested readings and added resources shared by John were incredibly useful and worth the registration fee (but seriously pay attention in class, can't replace that). John also hosted practice and Q/A sessions once the course was completed that were invaluable experiences.

I did an online training for PSM II course and the flow, topics, techniques used by John really helped to keep it engaging and focused. It was inspiring to witness John's passion for the agile world, and it was insightful, since we talked a lot about real-life problems and different ways to approach them. Overall, it was wonderful training that brought a lot of benefits and encouraged me to keep getting better while keeping the humbleness that John still shows after all the years of experience. Recommend it to everyone who wants great learning experience!

Excellent facilitator. John makes learning very interesting and practical. I was expecting death by PowerPoint but John's teaching techniques are quite the opposite. Really enjoyed my time in the classroom.

John puts emphasis on individuals & interactions, over processes & tools, by sharing and enabling participants to share their practical experiences, also thanks to spot-on exercises. The PSM II advanced course touched topics, scenarios and use-cases related to the ordinary and extraordinary life of a Scrum Master e.g., who wants to use empirical & evidence-based data for continuous improvement, to serve the Scrum Team to focus yet focus on their responsibilities and accountabilities, as well as on their impact on the organisation.
I highly recommend everybody to join the PSM II Advanced Course with John since it is a unique experience to get a solid understanding and perspective of the importance of the Scrum Master role, as well as their natural career development.

Exceptional Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced workshop. I learnt a lot from John's experience as a Product Owner, in addition to the course materials.

The collaboration between everyone and learning from each other makes this a great class. I would recommend this class to other that want to become more professional with as a Scrum Product Owner.

John is an excellent and engaging teacher. He really works hard to make you think outside the box. This class could very easily be just listening to a lecture for 12 hours, but John makes it interactive, and forces you to get to know your classmates. You will learn the exam material well, but it's almost secondary to the experience, and it's so valuable to have those thoughtful conversations about scrum with the class.

I recently went through training for the Professional Scrum with UX certification with John as my instructor. John was very knowledgeable on all of the topics that were covered and he facilitated the course in a way that was very interactive although we were virtual. After missing the mark a bit on my first attempt of the certification exam, John reached out to me to help prepare to retake the exam and I was able to pass with ease. I appreciate his attention to detail throughout the course but also his willingness to go the extra mile to help students even after his course was completed.

John provided us with an amazing experience, while delivering to a very diverse class, from different continents and timezones.
His knowledge and ability to connect to the class goes beyond the training content. He was able to answer to all the questions, while providing real examples from his vast experience.
