i needed some good legal advice following a car collision I was in.

Kevin Bolton Solicitors gave me the advice I needed to begin the process of making a claim.

He rang me back after i left a message with his firm. He listened to my issue and gave me the advice I needed to begin the claim that i deserved. There was no charge for the advice given. I was given advice and information on pursuing a claim.

I will definitely be returning to this firm in the future for advice and to pursue damages.

Although not claiming for an injury, just an accident, where no one was hurt, Kevin took the time to educate me on what I need to be addressing with the insurance company. He didn't need to do this but took the time. Amazing!

I rang up to see if they can assist me with my court proceeding with my injury claim, unfortunately like 20 other firms I tried they were unable to help me, but I must say the gentleman took lots of his valuable time to advise me and direct me to other possible routes I can take to get help. He explained to me in details of why there is unlikely any solicitors who will take on my case. Even though this company didn’t take my case it provided me with valuable information and advice for free. I don’t usually do a review especially for a company that didn’t take my case, but this is exceptional, I had to write about the amazing service I received even though I’m not their client.

I spoke with Kevin informally to seek advice on a claim we are considering submitting around food poisoning, whilst on holiday. He was polite, informative and showed empathy.
