From beginning to end, Gareth and Nikki were so helpful proving me with exactly what I needed, the communication throughout the process was so easy, always there to help with any questions I had, it’s so rare to find people who make sure you get exactly what you are looking for these days and their quality is second to none. I’m so happy with my bespoke cabinet. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company. Thank you again Gareth and Nikki.

A very good product , but the assembly instructions could be improved. Getting delivery nailed down was a little problematic. We agreed 'morning (9-12) and it shifted to (1-3) which meant we wasted nearly 5 hours hanging around for it.

Great, from A-Z, worked with us, all the way up to our exhibition, and even helped with installed. Really easy company to work with, and also the best priced! so Win, Win.

Access Displays provided poster display boards for our Annual Conference in March, and they were excellent.

I’ve now worked with Access Displays for two national exhibitions, and every time they’ve exceeded my expectations. Nikki and Sharon have been so understanding - both times we were quite last-minute with our deadlines, but they made sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

This year, we doubled our stand size and went bigger with the design, and Access completely brought my vision to life. The build team were brilliant - they took the time to show me how everything worked before leaving - and the breakdown team were just as fantastic (a huge thank you to them for even taking a few of my extra boxes that wouldn’t fit in the car!).

We've used Access Displays on three occasions (a major defence exhibition in London, twice, and an overseas exhibition in Germany) and have already booked for events in 2026 and 2027.
The team provides an excellent service, from stand design, graphic and diplay advice, and form filling, to stand build, take-down and collection/return of all kit. Interaction is friendly, punctual and professional, with out-of-hours response the norm.
There is never a feeling that the team needs chasing or questioning, ensuring that our lives are considerably less-stressful.

We were really pleased with the stand Access Displays managed for us. Their design proposal was creative and met the brief, and they were more open to making revisions (due to budget constraints) than we've found other stand builders in the past. The stand itself was completed to a very high standard and we received lots of positive feedback from other exhibitors at the show. There was a slight error with some bespoke graphics but after calling the office, they acted quickly (out of hours) to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Thanks to all involved in delivering our stand.

The price was good. They answered my technical questions, the product was despatched very quickly and was exactly as described on their website.

Very responsive, and great communication. Customer services is excellent, and set up of the poster boards was quick, and flexible to meet our needs.
