Excellent service from the staff when selling my home. They took care of all viewings on my behalf which was a massive help and kept me updated throughout on feedback from viewers and ensured the sale was quick and stress free.

First time buyer here
First time buyer here! Had absolutely no idea what I was doing and Samantha Gilbert and team were brilliant from day one. The took the time to make sure I understood what all the legal terms meant and I knew that I could message anytime with any questions or queries. Buying a house is one of the most stressful times but the team made it so that I didn't feel overwhelmed.
Absolutely recommend!

Valuation was on point - process was laid out and we were kept in the loop as each step progressed. Fully managed service from Home Report, Pictures to Closing Date.

Great estate agents
We recently decided to sell our house and decided to use Aberdein Considine, they have made the process so far as straightforward as it could be, and have been very efficient, responding quickly to emails and getting the photography and survey organised for us. I would recommend them if you are thinking of putting your house on the market as they have helped us get a successful result.

First class buying and selling with AC&Co.
We used the Westhill branch of AC&Co to market and sell our Steading and to purchase our new house in Westhill. Our Steading was under offer within a week and the new house the same a week later. Gillian and the wider team including Samantha, Paul and Robert on the legal side did an exceptional job for us and we were moved into our new house in 9 weeks. We sold a flat in Edinburgh prior to selling the Steading and it was an altogether different experience with a different Agent. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Westhill Branch of AC&Co.

Used Westhill Branch a couple of times and both time cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. Extremely informative and forthcoming will information in a prompt way and no question too silly. If I was ever to buy/sell a property again I would be straight on the phone to the Westhill team. Huge thank you guys!

Very happy with the service
This is our first time using the Westhill branch and I have nothing but positive things to say. Gillian and team have been efficient and professional from start to finish. Communication is excellent and everything is explained clearly. As a result, our house sold quickly and the process was effortless. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

Purchasing and selling property
I was very pleased with the support and help I received from the Westhill branch of Aberdein Considine. My house was sold very quickly and efficiently and the girls found me a bungalow to purchase. I was kept informed at every stage and found the whole experience very reassuring. This is the second time I have used the Westhill branch and would have no hesitation in recommending Aberdein Considine to anyone.
