I bought my first house in Stonehaven through the Stonehaven branch. I would like to extend a big thank you especially to Natalie who gave fantastic mortgage advice and to Laura and her team. Being a first time buyer is a daunting experience and I had lots of questions but the great people at Aberdein Considine were very helpful from start to finish.

I have nothing but respect for all of the staff who guided me through the process of selling my house and buying a new one. They showed competence, knowledge and professionalism with respect to the housing market.they alleviated me of any anxiety that I had during a quiet spell in the market, but pulled out all the stops in the end so that I had a satisfactory conclusion.

Excellent service from start to finish. House was sold within days. Thank you to the whole team who are all courteous, professional and their knowledge of the area and their clients is immeasurable. Well done you do a fantastic job.

We viewed a property with them we wanted but had to sell ours within 12 days as the property we wanted had gone to a closing date. They had our property marketed and viewers lined up within a week and sold in the next week. Then our offer was accepted on the new house with an entry date of only 6 weeks ahead! I have purchased 2 properties in Stonehaven with Aberdein Considine in 2022. I greatly appreciate the tremendous help in each step of this process. They helped me identify each property and gave me good advice about which ones to avoid and which would be great places to live. They helped me make appointments to see properties and then to make good decisions. I'm not from Scotland, so I appreciated the assistance with the legal process. I bought my home through Aberdein Considine in Stonehaven. I was moving from overseas and they were so helpful with all my questions and concerns.
I did a zoom tour with Sarah and she was so helpful and patient. She spent about an hour, opened every drawer and cupboard, measured up and rearranged furniture to make sure my piano would fit.
Fiona also went over and above helping me with my move and making sure the flat was move in ready for me.
