The team is very helpful and completes all the background efforts to ensure we have quality interns. I have been very pleased with the quality of work, initiative, creativity, and willingness to learn from the interns I've had the pleasure of working with. Go for it. I love Acadium. This is my fifth internship I’ve done with them. I have made so many connections and gotten so many opportunities. The experience I have gained is more than I could have ever imagined.

I highly recommend Acadium! I interviewed two candidates they provided for a marketing role. I chose the stronger fit for the day-to-day, though both were qualified in different ways. Since starting with us a few months ago, this apprentice has integrated with the team, handles their responsibilities consistently, brings a fresh and eager perspective, and has generally been a great addition to the team. Acadium does an excellent job selecting candidates who are both qualified and committed, making the interview and onboarding process incredibly smooth.

I was matched with a mentor, and right off the bat, I was immersed in marketing and social media. I am so happy I was accepted into the apprenticeship program and got something out of it. I now have a part-time job with my mentor, and I am so grateful.

I was sold a plan for interns that was $1497, their sales team made it sound like a 1 time fee. Turns out 1 yr later I get billed $2.5k because it was actually a annual subscription that renews $1k higher than the initial charge. I contacted them 3 days after the charge was made and they are refusing to offer me a refund for the new charge.

Terrible company. I payed for 4 interns, because I didn't use them quickly enough I only got to sign up 3 and the 3rd quit almost immediately then I got charged $2.5k because I didn't cancel my membership before they renewed it. Terrible experience I would never recommend them to any business owner looking for interns.

I originally joined Acadium on August 6, 2025, paying $1,498.20 for a plan to work with 4 apprentices over the course of a year. I successfully worked with 3 apprentices, but due to changing business circumstances, I could no longer continue with the platform.

Exactly one year later, on August 6, 2026, I was shocked to see a charge of $2,497.00 on my account. The original purchase was never presented to me as an ongoing recurring subscription, and I was especially caught off guard by such a massive price increase nearly $1,000 more than my initial payment.

I immediately reached out to Acadium to request a refund. After receiving no initial response, I was eventually offered only a partial discount, which I declined as I no longer require the service and have not used the platform.

Charging a customer thousands of dollars on an unexpected auto-renewal especially after a steep price hike and then refusing a full refund is unacceptable customer care.

According to Acadium’s Help Center documentation, "Payments are non-refundable once you are introduced to a candidate." For this new billing period:

I have not submitted a new apprentice request.

No recruitment efforts or candidate introductions have taken place.

Zero services have been rendered.

I urge Acadium management to step in, do the right thing, and issue a full refund for this unused charge.

Acadium does a great job identifying and placing interns aligned to your specific need. The weekly assessments provide employers and interns the opportunity to evaluate progress and experience on an ongoing basis. I highly recommend Acadium!

I am incredibly grateful to Acadium for giving me the opportunity to start my Digital Marketing career.

Before joining Acadium, I had a strong interest in Digital Marketing but struggled to find a place where I could gain real, hands-on experience. After asking AI for recommendations, I discovered Acadium and some few others. Unlike many other platforms that limit opportunities to their region, Acadium welcomes apprentices from all over the world.

Within just two weeks of signing up, I secured two apprenticeship opportunities. I was matched with two different mentors. One of the mentors and I built his company's AI Automation Systems from the ground up while I gained practical experience in Email Marketing. The other, I learned Social Media Content Marketing. These experience significantly boosted my confidence and opened my eyes to the incredible possibilities of working remotely with global teams.

I truly believe that without Acadium, my career journey would have looked very different. The platform has been inclusive, accessible, and genuinely committed to helping aspiring professionals succeed regardless of their geographic location.

I genuinely don’t want this to sound like I’m overly praising Acadium, but my career has honestly been shaped by the internship I found through them.

In 2024, I started my first internship through Acadium and was matched with a company I absolutely loved working with. That opportunity eventually turned into ongoing freelance work, and I still help them with campaigns when needed today.

More importantly, that experience gave me the confidence, skills, and real-world marketing experience I needed to land a full-time marketing role straight out of university.

For anyone trying to break into marketing, I can honestly say Acadium helped kick start my career and gave me opportunities I probably wouldn’t have had otherwise.

Acadium charged our company $1,400+ for an automatic annual renewal after we requested to cancel, then refused any refund after we requested cancellation/refund immediately after the charge because we had previously been matched with an apprentice. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for a fair resolution instead of keeping 100% of a renewed annual charge and then hiding behind a vague policy.

Our experience working with apprentices through Acadium has been very positive and valuable. The apprentices’ willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take initiative with assigned tasks. They showed strong professionalism, responded well to feedback, and improved steadily throughout the apprenticeship.

My time with Acadium has been such a great learning experience. I had a great mentor that taught me a lot about communication and digital design.

I’ll start by saying this because I know someone reading this is probably where I once was: Skeptical and scrolling through reviews trying to figure out if Acadium is actually worth it. I was absolutely that person. But genuinely—trust the process. It worked out far better than I expected.

Acadium went above and beyond from start to finish.

I honestly don’t even remember how I first discovered them, but what stood out immediately was that the representative I initially spoke with didn’t feel “salesy” at all. She felt human. At the time, I told her I simply couldn’t afford the service, and instead of pressure or pushiness, she was understanding, honest, and kind. About half a year later, when I reached back out, she remembered me and stayed true to every single thing she originally said. That level of integrity meant a lot to me.

From there, the experience only continued positively. Jules, our account manager, was exceptional and consistently attentive to anything I needed throughout the apprenticeship process.

Even when my first intern pairing didn’t work out due to a time zone issue, Acadium moved quickly and handled the situation smoothly without missing a beat. They paired me with Ashley, who turned out to be an absolutely phenomenal apprentice—hardworking, teachable, proactive, and genuinely amazing to work with.

The entire experience felt thoughtful, supported, and well-managed from beginning to end. I truly enjoyed the process and absolutely look forward to working with Acadium again in the future.
