After reviewing the order, it appears there was a breakdown in communication regarding the year change request before production. Unfortunately, the proof was generated with the original year and ultimately approved in that form. Since our production team manufactures exactly what is shown on the approved proof, the award was produced as approved.
While the mistake did not originate in production, we recognize that the process failed to capture your requested change before the proof was finalized. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to improve our internal communication process.
